2013 saw our fifth annual family vacation to Kissimmee and our fifth stay at our "home away from home". As it has been every year, our trip is made all the more perfect by this house!
Now that we have been coming for years, we can't imagine staying anywhere else. The appointments of our home, the spaciousness, the luxury never fail to inspire us as we cross the threshold. It's also particularly fun to see new house mates take in the beauty for the first time.
This home has every possible accomodation and the property managers do an excellent job of maintaining it, and when necessary, assisting house guests with anything that might arise during a stay.
After so many years we can't help but feel some ownership for the house and each year we hope that we leave behind a bit of happiness for the next guests!! If you do stay here, please take a moment at the end of your vacation to sign the guest book! It's so much fun flipping through and reading about other's wonderful experiences at the home!! -

14 family members stayed in this beautiful home from 11/19-11/24. I was a bit concerned because all transactions are electronically done and sometimes you do not get what you pay for. Well in this instance we were very pleased. The house is gorgeous, spacious, has everything you could possibly need. Had no issues with hot water even while half were showering and we did laundry! The heated pool is yummy and you will not want to get out of the sauna. It has no smell of cigarettes which was also a concern. My husband is disabled and we could easily manuever his wheelchair around the house. The mattresses are comfortable. The gated community helps in making it safer. Although I did not meet Elain in person, I had several phone conversations with her (and Brian). They are very nice people. Elaine thank you for your patience with me and all my questions! Thank you for allowing me and my family to stay in your beautiful home and making it affordable for us to have a fabulous Disney vacation!

The villa was amazing furnished to a high standard and catered for our every need.
The beds were so comfortable which I feel is very important when you are on the go in Orlando.
The location was great, so close to everywhere.
The site was very well looked after and we all felt very safe and secure there.

This house was perfect for three families and a grandpa. Everyone had their own comfortable and spacious room. Four full baths made getting ready so easy. Unlike hotel rooms, we weren't tripping over one another and our luggage. One of the most fun moments was watching all 7 kids scramble to pick a room and decide which cousin to bunk with for the week. We had a great time with the entire family without feeling like we were giving up any privacy. Even granpa could retire to his room to get a little r&r; during the day. By far the highlight of the house was the garage game room. The kids really enjoyed it and so did the parents because it entertained the kids so we could al visit.

We recently stayed at this home in Kissimee and there were 11 of us and we had plenty of room. The pool was perfect for the kids and we were close to all the Disney properties. There were a couple things that were not working (burner on stove) but nothing that we needed to have fixed immediately. We had a couple issues with smoke alarms and the batteries dying, and our iron broke, but both things were fixed immediately! Nice gated community. We would definately stay here again!

This home was everything advertised and more. No disappointments from any of our adult children or grandchildren.It's close to Disney and near shopping. The grounds in the community are fantastic, secure and well maintained.We walked with our 2 1/2 year old twin grandchildren to the swings & junglegym park while the older ones went to the waterpark, it was that close!! I think the highlight for all was the back yard pool.We paid extra for heat in the pool, but it was well worth it. Also we rented the BBQ which was well utilized to make ribs and and other delicacies!Each of our kids (with their partners) took a turn preparing dinner. It was great, only one night to be responsible for the cooking! The last night most went to dinner at the Outback which was very close to the resort!I would recommend this home to anyone , the owners have decorated it nicely and it is equipped with everything you should need!The only negative I can think of was the games room/garage was very warm and humid. Perhaps another a/C vent could be installed there to fix this minor issue. A note to the owners:Thank you for sharing your lovely retreat with us,the memories will last a lifetime!

We had a lovely time at the villa. we were 12 people and we didn't feel the least bit cramped. The pool and 'games room' were great for the teenagers we had with us. Very quiet resort. We never used any of the amenities of the resort as we were too busy visiting all the parks nearby. Absolutely nothing negative to say. Would definately return.

In 2008, my husband and I decided it was time to take our two youngest kids (at the time, ages 10 and 12) to Disney World for the first time. We decided to give them the trip for Christmas that year and began planning a January vacation. In researching lodging options, I came across 8610 Sunrise Key Drive. The website description was so beautiful and enticing (not to mention incredibly affordable) that despite the fact that we were originally going to be a group of 4, we began to think about how we might be able to stay at this particular house. Our trip quickly morphed from a small group into one for 14 members of the extended family.
When we arrived at the house, just as I slid the key into the front door, my aunt said "I really hope it's a beautiful as the pictures". As I opened the door, we gasped because it was beyond our every expectation. Exquisitely appointed, roomy, private, beautiful community surrounding it, proximity to the parks (10 minutes from Disney)...everything was perfect. It was a joyous trip and one that our family decided then and there would become an annual event. To ease our sadness at heading home each year, we book next year's trip before we even leave!
In addition to the lovely accomodations, it has been an absolute pleasure to work with the management company, Elite Property Management Services. They have made every single one of our stays better than the one before. They have gone above and beyond time after time, from coming over late on a Saturday evening to repair the cable television in time for us to see our NFL team play (and unfortunately lose!)in the playoffs to helping us find a good hospital nearby when one of our family members fell ill. Every step of the way they are there to help make sure our stay is as wonderful as it possibly can be.
It is my pleasure to write this review and, despite the fact we consider this "our" home (:-), we hope that others find the joy and unforgettable experiences we have!
