This 4 bed 3 bath pool BUDGET home has just been totally upgraded with tiles throughout / bedroom fans installed/ new pool furniture and new lounge furniture.

Home sleeps 8 people

Home is perfectly located in Rolling Hills with Disney Animal King...dom 10 minutes away and the other Disney Parks 15-20 mintues . You are also less than a 5 minute drive to many restaurants and local shops.

This beautiful home has a family room with TV, DVD , and portable stereo.

Patio doors lead out onto the lanai & pool area.

The well equipped kitchen has all modern appliances with breakfast bar and stools as well as the kitchen table that seats 6 people.

Door from kitchen leads to the utility room ( washer & dryer) and another door which leads to the 2 car garage.

The first queen bedroom is as you enter the home which has its own ensuite with full bath /over head shower/vanity sink and wc.

The second queen master is off the family room with also ensuite bathroom comprising of full bath/overhead shower/vanity sink and wc. This bedroom also has patio doors leading to pool area and TV.

The third bedroom is a twin and the fourth has a full bed.

Home is fully AIR CONDITIONED

All linens and towels (NO WASH CLOTHS) are provided for your use.

NO SMOKING - Elite Property is proud to offer a smoke-free environment. While smoking is permitted on patios. It is NOT permitted inside our homes. We take special care to ensure each home is SMOKE-FREE. For this reason an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $ 250.00 will be assessed IF at the end of your stay, it has been determined that smoking has occurred inside your home. Thank you for adhering to this policy for the benefit and enjoyment of those owners and guests that will be staying in the home following your visit with us.

NO PETS/ANIMALS - Sorry strictly no pets/animals are allowed inside the home at anytime. If a pet or animal is found in side the house, you the guest will be deemed as breaching the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and immediate eviction with NO REFUND OF RENT.

Disney 5-15 minutes, Sea-World, Universal and International Drive attractions only 20-25 minutes away. Within a mile are an abundance of shops and restaurants.

This central Florida location offers a great base to explore Gulf and Atlantic coastal attractions (Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center etc), within an hour drive. The Orlando area offers a wide variety of golfing, fishing and many other recreations.

TO RESERVE THIS PROPERTY we would require $ 245. The $ 200 acts as a cancellation fee if cancelled one month before arrival. If not cancelled the money goes towards the balance when due which is also one month before arrival. The $ 45 is non refundable and is for an Accidental Rental Damage Insurance Policy.

  It was easy to use to service online to reserve and rent the house and get all of the information needed. Check in and check out was easy and included were all instructions on what was needed to bring, directions from the airport, how to get to the Disney parks and more.
  The house was located close to stores, restaurants, and 10 minutes from the Disney parks. We were there for a big family reunion and the rest of my family all had rental houses within 5 minutes away also. Our house had everything it advertised. Comfortable bedrooms, private bathrooms, the kitchen had all appliances and dishes we needed. The pool area had a large patio table , a bar table and lounge chairs.
  There were extra sheets and extra towels also.
  Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable and we really were there mostly at night only.
  This was cheaper than a hotel and we stayed in a four bedroom house with a pool and a kitchen. Well worth it!
