TO RESERVE THIS PROPERTY we would require $ 245. The $ 200 acts as a cancellation fee if cancelled one month before arrival. If not cancelled the money goes towards the balance when due which is also one month before arrival. The $ 45 is non refundable and is for an Accidental Rental Damage Insurance Policy.

This was the first time that we have rented a house for Disney! The location was wonderful for Disney and all shopping that you may need for your stay! We had a party of 7 that were able to stay very comfortable without any hassle. The rooms were spacious and well stocked for your convenience. Having a toddler with the pool was scary at first thought, but when we saw the safety fence, we relaxed. Definitely heat the spa. The sun doesn't heat it as well as we thought. We were able to see fireworks from the patio, which was nice to have while we had a night dip in the pool! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We were also surprised to see a stroller rental place around the corner beside the grocery store just in case you do not want to check one in on the plane. You will definitely enjoy your visit to Florida in this house!!

Myself and five friends have used this accommodation in March for the last three years. We visit for an eleven day period each year entirely to use the splendid local golf courses. This property has excellent facilities for individuals and families alike and is well placed to visit all the local attractions as well as shopping, bars and restaurants.

We have now stayed at this vacation home twice and would highly recommend it to others. The home, facilities and furnishings are first class, as is location. Ideally situated for all the Disney attractions and, from our point of view, the many fantastic golf courses. The pool and hot tub are so relaxing after a hectic day at the parks, and we cannot think of a thing you would need which is not available. Go see.

We had the pleasure of staying in Oneida for 2 weeks on our last trip to Florida. The house is spacious, clean and was serviced with everything we needed to enjoy a first class relaxing and fun packed vacation near to the theme parks and equidistant to both the Gulf Coast and atlantic beaches. Definitely planning a visit here on our next trip to Florida!

We stayed in this beautiful house for one week this past June to go to all the Disney Parks with our two children (ages 4 and 7). This is probably one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in terms of the maintenace upkeep and cleanliness. We had a very hot week, so we would go to the parks until mid-evening, and come back to the pool to cool off in the evening! Although I thought it would be a very busy week, and it was however the pool and game room made the home very relaxing!! Very convienent to several restaurants and only about 10 minute from all the Disney Parks. You can even see the Disney Park fireworks at night from the pool area!!! We plan to go back next year!! Lastly, Mrs. Stephen was an absolute pleasure to deal with!

My parents and I stayed in this vacation home in July of 2011. We were impressed from the very start. Communication was excellent, check in was a breeze, and when a minor mishap occurred, the management team had a repairman onsite in no time at all. Returning "home" was great after a day at the parks, but watching the fireworks from the pool is simply icing on the cake. We are already talking about our next trip.
