A beautiful well furnished one story very large 5 bed/4 bath/pool home with conservation view.

This home is just 3.5 miles from Disney ( 10 minutes) and within easy reach of all the major attractions.

The villa sleeps 12 in comfort and is fully air-conditioned and has spacious living accommodation.

The living room is light and airy with a vaulted ceiling /and fans, it has ample seating, large TV , DVD,VCR and surround sound system as well as a playstation.

The french doors open to the covered lanai which has dining table /loungers and opens out on to the huge 1,000 square foot pool area with plenty of room for those who like to take in the sun.

The pool also has a waterfall feature.

The first master bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite bathroom comprising of corner tub/ walk in shower/ twin vanity sinks/wc, the second master also has a queen bed with en-suite bathroom comprising of full bath with over head shower/ vanity sink/wc.

Both bedrooms have own private door leading to pool area.

The third bedroom is also a queen with the third bathroom next to it with full bath over head shower/vanity sink/wc. The 4th and 5th bedrooms are twin rooms which both have a twin and a bunk bed which provides flexibility of sleeping arrangements with the fourth bathroom centrally positioned serves both bedrooms and has full bath with over head shower/vanity sink/wc.

All bedrooms have TV's.

The open plan kitchen has all the major appliances needed, and comes fully equiped for a quick meal or dinner party. It has a kitchen table in the nook as well as a separate dining area with a very large dining table.

In the garage there's a tennis table and air hockey table (electric door opener)

Internet provided as well as a computer no need to bring laptop.

Separate Laundry room with all linens and towels (NO WASH CLOTHS) are provided for your use.

We take special care to ensure each home is SMOKE-FREE. For this reason an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $ 250.00 will be assessed IF at the end of your stay, it has been determined that smoking has occurred inside your home. NO PETS/ANIMALS - Sorry strictly no pets/animals are allowed inside the home at anytime. If a pet or animal is found in side the house, you the guest will be deemed as breaching the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and immediate eviction with NO REFUND OF RENT.

Within a mile are an abundance of nearby shops and restaurants. This central Florida location offers a great base to explore Gulf and Atlantic coastal attractions (Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center etc), within an hour drive. The Orlando area offers a wide variety of golfing, fishing and many other recreations.

TO RESERVE THIS PROPERTY we would require $ 245. The $ 200 acts as a cancellation fee if cancelled one month before arrival. If not cancelled the money goes towards the balance when due which is also one month before arrival. The $ 45 is non refundable and is for an Accidental Rental Damage Insurance Policy.

  Our family consisted of 6 adults and 2 children and this house became one of our favorite things during our Florida family vacation! With having multiple families all staying in the house, we had no shortage of space and no shortage of fun. We actually decided not to visit one of the local amusement parks we had on our itinerary to spend the whole day enjoying the house and all it had to offer!
