This beautiful well furnished one story large 5 bed/4 bath home is where everyone would love to stay.

All tiled in dinning area/hallway and kitchen. Carpet in family room and all bedrooms.

This home is just 3.5 miles from Disney and within easy reach of all the major attractions...

The villa sleeps 10 people in comfort and is fully air-conditioned and has spacious living accommodation.

The family room is light and airy with a vaulted ceiling, 46 inch full HD flat screen TV with a Blue-ray player and home theatre sound system. The cable TV system includes over 250 channels as well as over 40 music channels and FREE, high speed wireless internet access.

The french doors open to the covered lanai which has outside dining table /loungers and opens out on to pool/spa area with child safety fence.

The first master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite bathroom comprising of corner bath/ walk in shower/ twin vanity sinks/wc.

The second master also has a king bed with en-suite bathroom comprising of full bath/over head shower/vanity sink/wc.

Both bedrooms have own private door leading to pool area.

The third bedroom has a queen bed with the third bathroom next to it with full bath/overhead shower/vanity sink/wc.

The 4th and 5th bedroom are twin rooms which with the fourth bathroom centrally positioned serves both bedrooms. This bathroom also has full bath/overhead shower/vanity sink/wc.

All bedrooms have TV'S

The open plan kitchen has all the major appliances needed,and comes fully equiped for a quick meal or dinner party. It has a kitchen table in the nook as well as a separate dining area.

In the garage this has been coverted into a carpeted games room with pool table, air hockey and foosball table. Also an Xbox with games.

Separate Laundry room with all linens and towels (NO WASH CLOTHS) are provided for your use.

NO SMOKING - Elite Property is proud to offer a smoke-free environment. While smoking is permitted on patios. It is NOT permitted inside our homes. We take special care to ensure each home is SMOKE-FREE. For this reason an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $ 250.00 will be assessed IF at the end of your stay, it has been determined that smoking has occurred inside your home. NO PETS/ANIMALS - Sorry strictly no pets/animals are allowed inside the home at anytime. If a pet or animal is found in side the house, you the guest will be deemed as breaching the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and immediate eviction with NO REFUND OF RENT.

TO RESERVE THIS PROPERTY we would require $ 245. The $ 200 acts as a cancellation fee if cancelled one month before arrival. If not cancelled the money goes towards the balance when due which is also one month before arrival. The $ 45 is non refundable and is for an Accidental Rental Damage Insurance Policy.
