BEAUTIFUL HOUSE , Orlando's beautiful home is your perfect home away from home. It's suitable for two families to share with five bedrooms , three baths, a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining formal dining room . The spacious living room has a large TV . Two large doors large doors leads into the covered lanai with child safety screen.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are Queen bedrooms both with Flat TVs.

The 4th and 5th bedrooms are twin bedrooms both with two twin beds in also both bedrooms have Flat TV's

The second bathroom is between the two queen rooms which comprises of a tub overhead shower, vanity sink and wc. The third bathroom is near the twin rooms which consits of a walk in shower, vanity sink and wc.

The house is fully air conditioned .

The light, airy kitchen and breakfast area are fully stocked with amenities including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, plates, silverware, cooking and serving utensils,

Home also has washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryers, linens, bath towels, high chair, Pack and Play Crib. This home comes equipped with the latest in child safety fencing for the pool deck. If you are traveling with young children, you can easily install these portable fences in minutes.

For this reason an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $ 250.00 will be assessed IF at the end of your stay, it has been determined that smoking has occurred inside your home. NO PETS/ANIMALS - Sorry strictly no pets/animals are allowed inside the home at anytime. If a pet or animal is found in side the house, you the guest will be deemed as breaching the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and immediate eviction with NO REFUND OF RENT.

TO RESERVE THIS PROPERTY we would require $ 245. The $ 200 acts as a cancellation fee if cancelled one month before arrival. If not cancelled the money goes towards the balance when due which is also one month before arrival. The $ 45 is non refundable and is for an Accidental Rental Damage Insurance Policy.

  We had planned our vacation last minute and the renter made the whole transaction quick and easy!!! Our vacation home was amazing! The home was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a few kids with us for the trip who spent most of their time at the home either in the game room or pool. The location is private yet only a few minutes from all parks and entertainment. The best part of the home is that they provide everything you could ever need in the kitchen from basic plates and silverware to blenders and alternate outside dinner ware... needles to say this home is perfect for any length stay!
