TO RESERVE THIS PROPERTY we would require $ 245. The $ 200 acts as a cancellation fee if cancelled one month before arrival. If not cancelled the money goes towards the balance when due which is also one month before arrival. The $ 45 is non refundable and is for an Accidental Rental Damage Insurance Policy.

Having recently stayed at this villa I can give it the highest recommendation. The home is both spacious and comfortable and is well kitted out with bedding, towels, crockery, cutlery, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer,oven, microwave - even hairdryers and straighteners! 6 of us stayed there recently and found it a great base to come back to at the end of a busy day around the parks. The pool is lovely to get into on a hot day - but you really should opt for the pool heating as it makes all the difference. The location of the villa is spot on - only a 5 minute drive from the nearest Walmart and in an ideal location for all the major theme parks. There are plenty of places nearby to eat and it is only half an hour drive from Orlando International airport. The neighbourhood seemed fine, very quiet and well looked after. And finally I cannot praise the owners enough for the service we received - from booking the villa to returning home they were so easy to communicate with and had helpful advise and tips whenever we had any questions. I would not hesitate in renting this villa again when we next return to Florida.

This home was absolutely fantastic! It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and centrally located. Dealing with the owners was a pleasant experience. In particular, I really liked the master bedroom and bathroom. This home is a wonderful place to come home to at the end (or middle) of the day!

My family were really looking forward to our long awaited holiday in Florida, and we were not dissapointed.When we got to the airport after the long flight we were not looking forward to driving, but thanks to the excellent directions given by Neil the journey was straight forward. The accommodation was superb. Spacious and clean with a lovely pool area. The Children had their own rooms and there were no complaints. All the theme parks and restaurants are within easy driving distances. All in all this was one of the best holidays we have had. Plenty to do during the day and nice and relaxed by the pool at night.

Superb location. Close enough to the parks, but also far enough away to have time to relax. Fantastic facilities and lovely and clean. Fenced patio area was great to spend time outside without worrying about kids falling in the pool. And the pool was a welcome cool down, and with the pool heat on we could go in at anytime of day/evening. Really convenient for getting groceries with Walmart and others within easy drives and the kitchen really is fully equipped to cater for a big family. Plenty of in house entertainment too with Dvd's and table football and other games in the garage. All round fantastic villa and will recommend to all my friends.

We had a great family vacation staying in this home which had all the facilities we needed to make it a home from home. The location of the home was ideal for all the parks and the Highway 192 with all it's leisure and dining attractions.
The pool was great and we were glad of the heating so we got the best use of it. All in all a great base for a family vacation.
