The villa is only 15 minutes from Disney an 20 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure. Bush Gardens is less than 90 minutes away. Kennedy Space Center is about 90 minutes away. A 24 hr supermarket and numerous restaurants are just a few minutes away by car. 5 bedrooms allow this luxury house to sleep 12 guests at a time. High Speed internet (30meg) with Wifi is included. Climate control throughout the house as well as flat screen TV and DVD players in four of the bedrooms and the lounge. To the back of the house is your private screened 32ft pool with spa, covered lanai , child privacy fence, table, chairs and sun loungers, surrounded by a privacy fence.

The garage is converted to a games room in which there is a pool table, air jockey, table football and a darts board. NO SMOKING OR PETS are allowed in home.

Bedrooms:

Master Bed 1: King size bed, cable TV,DVD - En-suite bathroom with walk in shower, corner tub, double vanity sinks and wc.

Master Bed 2: Queen size bed, cable TV,DVD - En-suite bathroom with walk in shower, corner tub, double vanity sinks and wc.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed

Bedroom 4: Twin beds

Bedroom 5: ( only room upstairs) Jungle themed bedroom sleeps 5, with twin beds, a double bed with a bunk on top, cable TV - En-suite bathroom with bath tub/overhead shower, vanity sink and wc

The fourth bathroom shares the queen and twin bedroom down stairs which has a tub/overhead shower, vanity sink and wc.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer with ice making facilities. All cutlery, plates, glasses, cooking utensils are supplied. Also a breakfast table/nook.

Utility Room:

Situated in the garage - Washer and dryer

Living Room/Family Room:

Large lounge, 3 seater, 2 seater and single arm chair, table, table lamps, TV with over 300 digital channels, DVD, Blue ray player. Patio doors lead to the pool with child safety screen.

Between the kitchen and lounge is a large table capable of seating 8.

Separate Laundry room with all linens and towels (NO WASH CLOTHS) are provided for your use.

NO SMOKING - Elite Property is proud to offer a smoke-free environment. While smoking is permitted on patios. It is NOT permitted inside our homes. We take special care to ensure each home is SMOKE-FREE. For this reason an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $ 250.00 will be assessed IF at the end of your stay, it has been determined that smoking has occurred inside your home. Thank you for adhering to this policy for the benefit and enjoyment of those owners and guests that will be staying in the home following your visit with us.

NO PETS/ANIMALS - Sorry strictly no pets/animals are allowed inside the home at anytime. If a pet or animal is found in side the house, you the guest will be deemed as breaching the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and immediate eviction with NO REFUND OF RENT.

Additional Location Information

Disney 15 -20 minutes, Sea-World, Universal and International Drive attractions only 20-25 minutes away. Within a mile are an abundance of nearby shops and restaurants.

This central Florida location offers a great base to explore Gulf and Atlantic coastal attractions (Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center etc), within an hour drive. The Orlando area offers a wide variety of golfing, fishing and many other recreations.

TO RESERVE THIS PROPERTY we would require $ 245. The $ 200 acts as a cancellation fee if cancelled one month before arrival. If not cancelled the money goes towards the balance when due which is also one month before arrival. The $ 45 is non refundable and is for an Accidental Rental Damage Insurance Policy.

  We all had such a fab time at this villa , it had everything we needed . The kids thought the jungle themed room was brilliant , it was great that all 4 of them could share a room and still have space to play .
  My wife and I loved our King Ensuite room , the decor is lovely .
  The house is maintained to a very high standard and was amazingly clean .
  We would definately recommend this villa to our friends and colleagues , it was a perfect base for our holiday .

  Wow what a place ! we had such a great time here . The kids loved the pool and the games room . Myself and my husband loved the King and Queen ensuite rooms , so we used both ! We loved the fact that there was free wireless internet for us to use with our laptop and smart phones . We made great use of the pool and loved the fact we could have it lit up at night .The location is great and we honestly couldn't of asked for more . We will def be staying here again .

  We spent 2 weeks at this villa and had an amazing time . It is maintained and furnished to a very high standard and has everything you need for a fab family holiday , it is in a great location too . We like the fact the pool is privacy fenced . The children (aged 15,10 and 8) loved the games room and also like the big jungle themed room upstairs . We would definately book this villa again , it was perfect .

  We have been to florida 8 times. and this villa is the best we have stayed in. Our only disapointment is we were to late last year and couldn't book it. The owners are realy nice, the house is huge and realy clean, the games room is big. And the rooms especualy the one up stairs are exellent.
  The pool was clean and big.
  And as far as we are concerned the location is the best you will get.
  We can not praise this villa enough.
  We would highly recomend this villa to anyone.
  It's got that home from home feeling..even tho we don't get much sun and haven't got a pool...lol.

  If you want a home which has everything you need then you won't go wrong staying in this villa. It has exceptional space, is very comfortably furnished with up to date designs and really lovely beds for a good relaxing sleep. The location is ideal for parks, golf and shopping and easy to find.
