Our expieriance at the villa was awesome. My kids loved the pool and we loved its close location to all the attractions Orlando has to offer. The place eceeded our expectations accross the board. The amenities are excellent and they have thought of everything. We will definately be staying there again and would recommend this villa to anyone. Excellent value in place where money goes fast!

Beautiful home. Very spacious and well equiped with everything you could need. Bathrooms and bedrooms are huge and well decorated. The kids loved the game room. The pool and lanai are the winners. We spent 90% of our time outside it was just so nice and realxing. Very private. We would definetly stay here again.

We found after vacationing near Disney for years, having a spacious place to stretchout at the end of a long day make all the difference in relaxing. We simply love the evenings and sunsets from the poolside lanai.

Two families with 4 adults and 5 tweens/teens stayed here in March 2012. The house was clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed the two master suites and laundry facilities! It was so nice to have a full kitchen to prepare quick inexpensive meals in instead of eating at the parks. There was plenty of room for everyone! The kids loved the pool and the game room as well as the game system and tons of movies the owners have there for your use. It was only a few blocks to restaurants and shops and only 7 minutes to WDW. Reservations as well as payments were made securely over the internet and we had no problems. This is our 4th trip to Orlando and this is the best place we've ever stayed for ammenities, location and value!

Hi, We stayed at this beautifull house for two weeks with a party of 10. Two families with small chrildren and a grandma and grandpa. It was in one word amazing! We enjoyed everything of the house. The location is perfect! The house is big, a lot of rooms for privacy of every family in the house. There is a large pool and a bbq outside. We spend after Disney a lot of hours in the pool. I reccommend this house to everyone. Jim and Robin are very friendly and respond almost directly if you need them. We enjoyed our vacation so much that we defenitely come back in this house! Our large family group spent a week in this lovely villa and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home-away-from- home. We found it to be exceptionally clean, fresh and organized. The Disney parks are a few short minutes away via the Formosa Gardens Blvd., Hwy 192 and Sherberth Road route. With the conservation area across the street and the lake in the back, the surroundings were quiet and private. Inside there was privacy for each of our different age groups. Our family all agreed it was a great place to spend a week! Thanks, Jim and Robin for your quick responses to my inquiries and for sharing your home with us.

We spent a few days in this house and were immediately impressed upon arrival. Jim and Robin we so easy to work with, it made the stay very enjoyable. We had a couple of special requests prior to arrival and Jim and Robin were pleased to accommodate us. The personal service was a wonderful touch. Although our stay was brief we immediately felt at home. The home was just as depicted on the website, and we found it warm and inviting.
We encountered a couple of simple issues as can be expected the day after arrival. Jim was able to immediately address and resolve our questions. What service!
The Lakeview's and Sunsets were simply stunning. We particularly like the intimate feel of the small gated neighborhood over past experiences we have had in sprawling mega-neighborhoods. Location was ideal. Robin and Jim...Thank you! We will be back.Response from James Hicks - 12/30/2011

Our family of 10 enjoyed a great trip to Walt Disney World. The house was a great value over staying on site at Disney or in an offsite hotel. The two ensuite bathrooms are very large and the kids loved the two themed bedrooms. The deck area and pool were great to relax by when we weren't at WDW. The Tv's in each bedroom allowed everyone to have their own space when needed.

I spent over two days at this house and was very impressed with the overall feel and the level of detail that the owner has added to the property. The house is fully furnished with updated carpet, game room and bedrooms that are customized to reflex the area and its attractions.
The property / house were very clean, new high end washer and dryer, new bedspreads, linen and fully air-conditioned even in the game room. The neighborhood was very nice, gated with very quiet neighbors. The time I stayed was very enjoyable and you will not find an owner that is more concerned about ensuring that you have a great experience as I did.
I know the owner personally and he will work very hard to ensure that you are confortable and get a great value from your stay.
