The homes is a 4 bed 3.5 bath detached villa on Veranda Palms which is sleeps 10 people and is located just off Highway 192 in Kissimmee literally 4 miles and less than 10 minutes to Walt Disney World.
There are 2 en-suite master bedrooms and 2 twin rooms with separate formal and dining areas, a fully fitted kitchen and a games room.
As you can see from the photographs the home has been furnished to a high quality with TVs in each bedroom and the extended deck area features a 30ft South facing pool with spa
There is Wi-Fi internet connection, Cable TV package and all local and US calls are free.

Although located just of 192 with easy access to the nearby shops, bars and restaurants Veranda Palms really does give the feel of being 60 miles out in the country. You actually have your own personal entrance to the 1000 acre Shingle Creek Nature Reserve which is located next door. This preserve transports you back to the Florida of the 1800s with its array of nature trails, playgrounds and lakes and streams where you can Canoe and Kayak at your leisure.

Wow, what a wonderful villa. Had a fantastic stay and can't fault anything. Its got everything you should require for a top notch stay. Very close to supermarkets and restaurants, so you can grab yourself some shopping or a bite to eat on the way home from the parks.
A special thank you to Paul and Jill who were very friendly and helpful throughout the booking process.
Would thouroughly recommend this villa. -

Nice villa, good location with plenty of amenities close by (supermarkets, resturants etc
Pool area very nice south facing. Quiet location with country park within walking distance.
Villa instructions need to be more explicite about the house being keyless entry and that the code needs to be entered on the door (not the key box on the wall - all other villas have this entry system so this is very confusing). Information book indicates incorrect refuse collection days and needs amending. -

We stayed here for 10 days in July.
Very nice house, well appointed, clean, comfortable and good location.
The kitchen is fully appointed. The games room in the garage is also a nice touch.
The local area is safe and there is a Mini Golf complex with alligators 5 mins away that is well worth a visit (us$10/person)
There are 3 supermarkets (Publix/Walmart/Target) nearby and between them sell just about everything.
We would definitely recommend this house again for anyone wanting to visit Orlando. -

I had looked at the pictures many time before arriving at this villa but I was still surprised at how large it was. The whole of the downstairs (except the toilet and utility room) is open plan. Two living areas, one formal dining area and a kitchen with a table and chairs and breakfast bar. If you count all the seating possibilities on the ground floor I think I got to 26, Sofas, Chairs, Bar stools, Dining table, Kitchen table and four more stools hidden under the coffee table for good luck.
The stairs and landing are huge leading up to four bedrooms and 2 are en suite. The master bedroom is one whole side of the house with a walk in wardrobe and four piece bathroom.
The pool was great and we spent many hours after Disney (20 mins in a car) relaxing and playing.
July was very warm 95 to 100 degrees and the air conditioning in the house was essential and very pleasant.
The neighbours and wildlife were very quiet (I've previously stayed in a Florida villa close to a lake and the toads make a lot of noise in mating season). The only noise to mention is aircraft as the villa is reasonably close to Kissimmee airport, so you do hear small aircraft when out in the pool. The area appeared very safe and after 7pm and weekends the community can only be accessed if you have the gate codes.
The villa is a great standard, flat screen TVs and high quality furnishings. The games room was fun (although not fully air conditioned so a few degrees warmer than the rest of the house). Utility room was handy too.
If I had one complaint, it was that the master bedroom en suite only had one sink (it's got enough counter space for four).
Great property, I would not hesitate to go back in the future.

Paul and Jill Melvin were very helpful throughout the process of locating and booking this beautiful home. The house more than met our expectations. It was spacious for our family of five and furnished/equipped to a high standard.
The location was extremely appealing. A quiet gated community with access to the tranquil Shingle Creek (great for an early morning run). But within reach of all the usual attractions, shops and restaurants. We could not find fault with the house. -

his was our first time to rent a house and was a little nervous. After this week I would stay at any of there properties. House was very updated and very clean. For a family of 7 we could not ask for a better place to stay. We all wished we owned a house like this. Staff in Orlando Called and let us know that if we need anything do not hesitate to call. Choose this home. You will love it

Great service from management company from the outset, very helpful in trying to accommodate our dates. Veranda palms is in a great location, only a short distance to us192 with easy access to all the Disney parks and international drive and a good choice of supermarkets and restaurants very nearby. The rental home was amazing with a high standard of furnishings, and was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. The kids had a fabulous time playing in the games rooms and we could not get them out of the pool on our rest days at home. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed the house so much! I'm ready to go back as soon as possible. Loved the location. Convenient and comfortable neighborhood. I had never rented a house before and was a bit nervous about the process. It was easier than a hotel! Loved having our own personal spaces, our own private pool. Everyone had their own bathrooms. It was definitely a 'home away from home'.

Great modern home with lots of space. Master suite is great with a huge walk in wardrobe/closet and a nice big bath. The shower is larger than I have ever seen!
Fun carpeted games room and great pool/spa area with lots of space and lots of sun loungers. Gets the sun all day long.
Great location for both Disney, Sea World and Universal. Also loads of restaurants 2 minutes away on the 192.
Service from management company was great from start to finish.
Highly recommended.

We had a very nice stay at this veranda palms home. The house was very nicely presented and comfortable. It is a great place for families! We only spent 2 out of 10 days away from the house. The rest of the time we hang out by the pool and relaxed. The surrounding area is great for Mexican food and all major markets are located close by. We also have only great things to say about the booking agency and the local management. We received great service and a prompt refund of our deposit. Thanks for the great vacation!
