All rates are per property and not per person. As soon as final payment is made directions and
key/alarm code will be forwarded by email.
We do not charge a refundable security deposit. In lieu of this we charge a one off fee of $45 for
accidental damage waiver insurance which covers you for up to $1500.
Final quote depends on several factors;
e.g. dates of stay, length of stay, early booking discount, last minute discount, repeat guest
specials etc.
Please contact us for our latest rates and deals, including discounted stays of over one month.
You will receive a $25 restaurant gift card for booking online - (link will be sent with free quote)
We can also offer you travel Insurance through TravelGuard. The premium is 7% of your booking total.
This cover is optional but recommended.

just $70, excellent piece of mind for travelers.
Cleaning fee applies for stays of less than 7 nights.
Payment can be made by check, PayPal and all major credit cards.

Apartmemt was as seen in pic, very clean , comfortable and spacious. Modern comfortable furnishings. Full kitchen if you want to eat in and close to restaurants if you want to eat out... Windsor palms is a lovely resort , swimming pool clean with plenty loungers, well stocked shop and ample games room to keep the kids entertained on a relaxing day away from the parks. Cinema was great with a huge selection of films.. 5 mins from Disney and 20 mins from universal in a great location...
We had a great holiday and would definately chose this apartment and Windsor palms for our next vacation in Florida... -
