This homes is a 4 bed 3.5 bath detached villa on Veranda Palms which is located just off Highway 192 in Kissimmee literally 4 miles and less than 10 minutes to Walt Disney World.
There are 2 en-suite master bedrooms and 2 twin rooms with separate formal and dining areas, a fully fitted kitchen and a games room.
As you can see from the photographs the home has been furnished to a high quality and the extended deck area and 30 ft pool allows for enough room for up to 10 guests.
There is Wi-Fi internet connection, Cable TV package and all local and US calls are free.

Although located just of 192 with easy access to the nearby shops, bars and restaurants Veranda Palms really does give the feel of being 60 miles out in the country. You actually have your own personal entrance to the 1000 acre Shingle Creek Nature Reserve which is located next door. This preserve transports you back to the Florida of the 1800s with its array of nature trails, playgrounds and lakes and streams where you can Canoe and Kayak at your leisure.

This is a really lovely villa on a private gated estate. It is spacious and well appointed. The appliances are all really easy to use which meant that we didn't bring home suitcases full of dirty laundry.
The pool area was pleasant and the lanai kept the bugs out.
Everyone drives everywhere so access to the parks was relatively easy and if you don't mind a 15 minutes walk, there's an applebees restaurant on the corner.
Staying in a villa for a family break in Orlando was a great idea, as it meant we had a base for the days in between park visits. Lovely, really lovely. Would go again in a heartbeat if the flight was shorter. -

I had to request frying pans as what was in the house was not usable and the pots in the cupboard had the Teflon peeling of. They replaced the frying pans but only noticed the pots later. Very cheap quality cookware, but I guess if they leave anything good some people may take it which is sad. I notice that in the game room there was a notice that they had a Wii and someone took it.
We had to leave 3 days early due to illness and when I called the lady I spoke to was very concerned and said she would notify the person in charge and they may refund you some money but that didn't happen. I made sure the house was clean before I left including cleaning that should have been done before we arrived.
I still would come again and stay at Veranda Palms. Don't mind cleaning a little as I treat the house as my own and hopefully all the guest do the same. -

found this home easy to book and reasonably priced.the location was excellent, we'd been to orlando many times before and were looking for somewhere that had easy access to all the parks and attractions and wanted somewhere close to the 192 and sr535. verandha palms suited that need perfectly.The home gave us all we needed 4 good size bedrooms (2 had ensuite facilities and the other two shared a bathroom) all on the first floor. ground floor was huge with 2 lounge areas,eat in breakfast/kitchen area.large pool and lanai with no rear properties encroaching on our privacy. a real bonus was the converted garage?games room with pool table ,air hockey, and football table. Thoroughly recommend this property

Great house! Clean and pretty. Have everything you need. We were two families who lived here and the kids loved the pool and games room. Everything is close.Vi have been many places and this is the best present we've been to. Paul and Jill are good at providing information and are great to rent from.

From booking to return home our experience of renting the villa on Veranda Palms was excellent.
Good advice, information and service all promplty supplied were accurate, helpful and much appreciated.
The villa itself was the best we have ever stayed in and contained everything you could possible need. It was decorated and maintained to a very high standard with more than the usual supply of essentials such as "pool towels" and bedding etc.
Access in and out of the actual villa was so easy, with the use of a code rather than locking a key in a box.
A well equiped games room, complete with widescreen TV was an added advantage.
The location was also excellent, being just minutes away from shops, parks and everying the Kissimmee area of Florida has to offer.

This is by far the best villa we have rented. I would say we are Florida veterans now having been over 20+ times. Has almost everything you could look for. The Master bedroom and ensuite in particular are huge. Supermarkets are nearby and parks, outlets etc only a short drive away. Special mention to both Paul and Jill Melvin who have been a pleasure to deal with.

The cleaning of the house was very good. The house is well design and with enough space and facilities for up to 10 persons. The location can't be better with roads 192 and 535 so close to all amenities, parks, and the airport. What I liked best is the location of Veranda development and least, that the games room is not air conditioned or a ceiling fan.

We received great service the management company sent someone straight over when we requested the pool to be heated. The villa was beautifully furnished, with everything you could possibly need. Situated close to Disney but still felt like you were in the countryside! My only dislike was that we were a little too close to the entrance road, would have liked a little more privacy.

The house was exactly what we needed for a family visit to Orlando. We have 2 young children and the house and facilities were perfect. It was conveniently located for Disney and other Orlando attractions. The house was nicely furnished, clean and well equipped.

Family vacation of 8 adults and 3 children. We loved the location, close to disney, shopping( Target ) restaurants, mini golf, medieval times, very convienant and easy to drive to. Liked being in a gated community, very quiet. Tons of space in the house, we were all very comfortable and not stepping on each others toes. The furniture in the house is of good quality and nice. Spent alot of time, day and night outside by the pool. Having 4 bathrooms was great. The master walk in closet is quite big, I put my babies playpen in there so he had his own room, he slept undisturbed. House has playpen, stroller and high chair. We would defiantly stay at this house and again and we were all sad to leave it. I would defiantly recommend Paul Melvins services, it was excellent and hes a real pleasure to deal with.

This accommodation deserves a five star rating. The villa is very luxurious and yet has all the appliances you need to make yourself at home. The games room and pool kept our two children entertained leaving us to relax around the pool.
The location is very convenient. It is close to the local supermarkets and restaurants and only a short drive away from the attractions.
There was nothing nicer than sitting outside for breakfast watching the widelife around. -

The property is very spacious and has everything you need. The living area is extremely comfortable and well equipped. The bedrooms are luxurious and homely at the same time. The pool is great and very welcoming on those hot sunny days. The location is very central for all the parks so no journey is too long and supermarkets are just minutes away and restaurants what more could you want.
