The home is a 3 bed townhome with its own private pool at The Encantada Resort which is in a great location just of Highway 192 and is literally 5 minutes to Disney since the new access road off 192 opened early in 2011.
As you can see from the photographs below the home has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard and has a King, Queen and twin bedrooms.
There is wifi internet access as well as a full cable TV package and all US calls are free.

The location of Encantada resort really is second to none as you can be at Disney in less than 5 minutes via the new slip road which opened early in 2011. You are also only minutes away from a large selection of restaurants and shops on Highway 192 which is less than 1/2 mile from the entrance to the development.

I would definitely recommend this property especially if you are going to all of the Disney parks (as they are just around the corner quite literally!) The pool is quite small but the 2 communal pools are a 3 minute walk away and are just lovely. Everywhere is very clean and well kept. The gym is very well equipped and air conditioned. The games room was very popular with my kids and the pool table in the bar with my husband!

Had a wonderfull time in Florida visiting all the parks and attractions but what really made it great was coming back to the Townhome every day. We epecially enjoyed the pool and having our own space to relax in the evening's after our busy days. The whole place was spacious and well equipped.
The Encantada resort complex is immaculate and we felt very secure. The two pools are a good size and plenty of sunbeds, poolside drinks and weekend Barbecue were also very good. The 192 location was ideal, close to Publix and Target supermarkets, lots of restaurants. take aways and great links to all other areas. Disney seemed like it was right around the corner. We would definitely stay here again!! -

We had a lovely time staying in this beautiful house. It was clean and welcoming, and had everything you could need. The children enjoyed the pool. We were very close to all the theme parks. A great place to relax and have fun!

The property was nice & clean with modern appliances. We were near to good resturants and all the attraction and shopping malls.
Paul Melvin was very helpful with advice before the holiday and his colleague in Florida was also very helpful. -

Property:
Nice property, clean, all the amenities inside that you could want, apart from maybe a DVD player. The landlord has really put some thought into what you might need.
Facilities:
Nice gated community that is really well looked after. 2 swimming pools and 2 hot tubs that the kids really enjoyed going to in the mornings before we went out to the parks. We went in December, and it was pretty dead. Was just like having your own personal pool and hot tub. Also has a gym, video arcade and the club house with bar.
Location:
About 10-15 minutes from the disney parks and up to 25-30 from Universal, its pretty well located. -

I had an excellant stay. We went to spring training baseball,we went golfing & there plenty of very good resturants.There is lots of places
to shop for the Great deals Florida has to offer.I highly recomend
Encantada Resort to anyone interested in a florida vacation. -

We loved the splash pool. There was plenty of space for our family, plus one or two more. The clubhouse had two pools and we enjoyed them all to ourselves each day. It was a secured entry / gated community which was nice. Location was set back from the main highway so it made it seem secluded. It was great, the owner was great as well as the management staff that helped out.

Hi Paul iv been to Florida around 14 times and stayed in various locations , mostly villas and this wa up there with them excellent quiet location within 5 min of all amenities. Trevor the owner really easy to deal with well worth the money 10/10 cheers william
