Simba's Sunset is a 7 Bedroom, 5 Bathroom, 3354 sqft, 2 Story Pool and Spa Home in the executive gated community of Formosa Gardens. Famous for it's large lots, this home is no different, plants and a fence keep this pool area totally private.
The pool is west facing so you get to enjoy some gorgeous Florida sunsets. There is a large in ground spa, lanai area with table and 4 chairs with umbrella. There are also 8 loungers, 2 fans & a 40" TV.

We are 8 male golfers who come annually to the Orlando area in early March for 9 days of golf and relaxation. This was the first time we stayed at Simba's Sunset, but it will not be the last. Of all of the homes we've rented over the past 15 or so years, this one far outshined all of the others, and that's a rave, because some of the others were very nice too. The home is great for golfers - especially if you enjoy cooking your own meals, as we do.
The kitchen was well equipped, with a great lineup of appliances. I wish I had the stove and refrigerator in my kitchen at home, and the accoutrements in the kitchen were more than adequate . We were able to pull both of our vehicles off the street and up near the garage/game room, where we were able to easily unload our clubs for the night - groceries too. The pools, and particularly the heated spa, were well used and appreciated by the group. The gated community was something we have not had before, and the area is ideal for taking a nice walk.
Suffice to say that we enjoyed everything about this home, and we would recommend it to anyone, but it is ideally suited for a group of 8 golfers. We have already blocked out our dates for 2014. -

We had a group of 11 including 4 children and found the house to be perfect. It was clean and furnished well. The location was great for all the parks. The pool and hot tub were very nice after a long day at the parks. We would definitely return.

We have spent a very enjoyable three weeks at Simba's Sunset. This villa is situated in Formosa Gardens which is a delightful gated community. The villa was spacious even with twelve adults staying there and was very convenient for all the parks. Lucy also done a great job making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Highly recommended...thanks

This home was absolutely perfect for us. We were 12 people from Norway, we had an amazing time. Very peaceful and relaxing community. Great distance to all attractions. We will definitely book this home again.

We booked this home for a family vacation/anniversary celebration and absolutely loved this property.
Our party consisted of 13 people ranging in ages 13-71. The Disney parks were all within a short drive and there were dozens of restaurants within a couple miles.
The home is very well maintained, well-furnished and most importantly, clean. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with everything we needed.
All of the bedrooms were comfortable, roomy, well-furnished and had more closet space than we needed.
Having an washer and dryer was convenient which allowed us to pack light and just do a mid-week cleaning of our clothing.
The master suite is enormous and exceptionally comfortable.
Our favorite area was the pool and whirlpool where we spend many afternoons and evenings. There is nothing like watching a ball game on an outdoor Hdtv while sitting in a whirlpool.
We would have no reservations returning to this home or recommending to friends and family.
It was also a great pleasure working with Lucy Clark who was a great help assuring all of our needs were met.

We stayed at Simba's Sunset last weekend and it was everything it was advertised to be. Nice big bedrooms, nice decor and a fully stocked kitchen with any cookware or utensil you could ever need. We had two family's ...and the kids loved the game room. They also loved the bunk beds and the fact that they had their own TV. It was so nice to come "home" to a private pool and hot tub after being around throngs of strangers all day in Disney. We would recommend to anyone and will stay here again. Gorgeous!

My family recently stayed at Simba's Sunset located in Formosa Gardens. The house is located in a upscale gated community with lots of space between houses. Located within 8 minutes to Disney World, within minutes to Publix grocery and Target plus oodles of restaurants in the area, it is a perfect spot. The house is large and had everything a family would want on a holiday. The pool and hot tub are nice sizes to accommodate the whole family. The kitchen was well stocked and the oven is powered by gas which I think is a bonus over an electric range. Without a question Simba's Sunset is a excellent choice for your family for a Disney holiday.

We stayed here in Feb 2012. Your house was amazing. We loved it. The pool and Hot tub were great. Our kids loved the game room. And there was plenty of space for our family. We come to Formosa gardens every year. This house is our first choice. Thank you.

Our entire experience with Mickey Homes and Simba's Sunset was wonderful. The reservation was simple and we found it a little less expensive than some of the other rental companies. Our group of 12 was able to spread out and get comfy in this spacious home. We even had one room that went unused. We loved coming back to this house after a day at the parks to swim, relax and play video games. There were so many game systems! The kids didn't even play them all! The location is perfect, only minutes from the Disney parks but also close to restaurants and stores. Our experience with Lucy and Mickey Homes was superb. All e-mails leading up to the reservation were responded to immediately. When a smoke alarm battery beeped during our stay, management came out right away and took care of it. And when we accidentally left something behind when we departed, Lucy went to the home right away to retrieve it and mail it to me. We are 100% satisfied. Thanks for a great vacation!

Stayed at this villa for a week in September 2011 and found it to be an excellent choice. It was clean, tidy and the air conditioning worked really well (seperate controls upstairs and downstairs). This villa is ideal for teens as it has more play stations and Wi's than I've ever seen in any one house...two wi's in the games room, a playstation and 3 tvs ! Cooking facilities were excellend and well stocked with crockery and utensils.
Pool and hot tub were fantastic and that area got sun from about 9:30 am till evening.
The gated entrance made us feel safe and the location is very well situated in that respect.
There are some decent restaurants nearby which are very reasonably priced.
All in all we had a fantastic time with this villa as our base and I would highly recommend it.
All dealings I had with the owner were dealt with very promptly and efficiently.
The only negative we had on our trip was our car hire with Dollar which was hugely in excess of the price we had booked it online for. The online price did not include the $400 approx weekly insurance costs...lesson learned there.
