This fantastic Emerald Island Resort town home is a home for the family while on vacation
The property boasts of a tastefully decorated queen master suite a queen room and a twin room with two twin beds. The master suite and two other bedrooms with the family bathroom are on the first floor. TV's are in all the bedrooms. Completing this villa is the lounge, dinning room, full kitchen, guest bathroom, utility room, with washer and dryer on the ground floor. The lounge overlooks the open yard where you can keep an eye on the kids.
High speed internet, free local calls and cable TV make this family home an affordable town home.

We had a great time living in this town home for a 7 days 6 night in Feb this year. All household electronis and furnitures are in good condition and can be utilized easily. The neighbors surrounding are very friendly , It is very clean and felling safe living in this resort.
There are also things that can be better for increasing the satisfaction for your future customer ,such as
1. A daily on time pick up of trash bin in the front door
2. An easy repare or reboot guide for an unpredictable disconnection on Wifi Internet.
3.A welcome drink or a basket of Welcome fruit
4.A discount vouchur or member reward program for my next visit or referral bonus.

We enjoyed our stay July 2012. The location was minutes away from Disney and other attractions. We were disappointed in the pool. It was warm and not very clean. We enjoyed the townhome with all the space. However we decided to rent a movie and use the DVD player, the living room one did not work and we had to move them around from room or room to enjoy the movie. In the end, it was a nice getaway and we do look forward to coming back!

Thank you for your feedback, we have informed the Resorts HOA about the cleanliness of the pool. For the water temperature there is not much that can be done, since it is Summer in Florida :)
We checked the DVD Player and it is working fine. If there is anything that needs attentions or is not working just give us a call, we are always available - many things can be resolved fast over the phone. If you do not let us know, we can not help you or rectify the situation.

Overall everything was lovely. The agent was extremely accommodating.The resort was beautiful.Our only negatives were the uncomfortable mattresses,the broken screen door and no lounge chairs since we do not go to the pool We would consider returning. .

We would like to advise that the patio screen door has been repaired and that their are patio chairs for the us of the guests provided at the town home. The pool area with sun deck and plenty of lounge chairs to relax is just a few steps away.

Thanks to Michaela! I got the good deal on this property for our family Christmas vocation. The location is super! Close to everything. Nice and clean. In a safe neibourhood and very quite. Would like to do business again and tell all my friends.
