It enjoys the status of being on the closest residential community to the magical Walt Disney World and only 2 1/2 miles from the gates of the home of Mickey Mouse. Rolling Hills is a prestigious and peaceful residential area just off the ’Golden Corridor’ on Highway 192 and is within walking distance of Formosa Gardens Village, which offers a complete array of retail stores, supermarkets and restaurants, as well as a walk-in clinic and tourist information center. Within one mile are numerous mini golf courses and souvenir shops..

Price for the rental was very reasonable. House was not maintanced well. Pool filter did not run, closet light out, door blinds did not move. We only had 4 washclothes and 10 towels for a four bedroom house. Internet and phone service did not work for a full day. Had to call the front desk 4 different days before the problems were fixed. We loved that there were two master bedrooms with private baths. House was clean, pool table in the garage was nice. The central air did not keep the house very cool. Pool lights did not work. This house need maintance work done.

Houses were acceptable but we paid for a heated pool. First house the pool was broke so we needed to relocate. Second house the pool was not heated and they refunded the money. They were easy to work with but the heated pool was the focal point of the stay for 8 golfers playing 36 holes each day.

To our surprise the home was well appointed and very clean upon arrival. Everything we could possible need while away from home was provided. We felt very safe in the neighborhood where the house is located. The pool & lanai area provided more than enough space. The swimming pool was the perfect size for my family of four. The only issue with the house I found was the requirement by management to keep the thermostat at or above 75, which made for some uncomfortable days & nights in the hot and humid Florida weather. Other than that, this is a great property that I would recommend and perhaps visit again. Be aware that there is a refundable $250 deposit at booking for any possible damage and/or replacement of items. Just a caveat, I would suggest when you first arrive that you do a thorough check of the premises (inside/out) and take many pictures to document the state of the property upon arrival, in order to document any damages that may have already been present prior to your arrival. If there are any damages found after your departure you could be held responsible and your deposit forfeited. My booking of this home with advantage was rather painless. However, I do feel there should be more of a pleasant reception at check-in.

My family (10 of us) and I loved this house. There were enough bedrooms for us and a pullout couch. The kids loved the pool and the internet access was a bonus. I cant wait to book this house again. Thank you advantage Vacation Homes for making our vacation a wonderful one.

Was nervous about renting a house but my family and I were very impressed with the condition of this property! I liked that there was an alarm system so we felt safe even though the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The pool was a little small but really clean and well kept- the pool was equipped with float tubes and straws! The layout of the house was perfect for my family especially 2 master bedrooms with king-sized beds. The beds were more comfortable than they looked. We were pleased to see that there were all the accomodations for 2 toddlers: 2 playpens, highchair, booster, strollers, car seat, etc. The home was well equipped. We were also surprised to see a pool table in the garage and tvs in each room!! This house was way more than what we were expecting. I really can't see us taking another family trip in a hotel- the house had plenty of room for the toddlers to roam around and enjoy and we absolutely loved the pool! The trip was too short! Next time we'll have to try a week. Oh and the location was perfect- close to everything! Thanks advantage :-)
