The fully air conditioned vacation home will sleep up to 10 guests comfortably. A cot and high chair are provided for those all-important little ones in the party. Wi-Fi Internet service is available. All guests enjoy full use of the communal facilities including flood lit tennis courts, basketball, volleyball and a swimming pool. All this and the property is only 12 minutes from Disney's Main Gate!
The villa is fully registered and licensed with the State of Florida. Our local representatives, ensure that the property is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards and are always on hand to assist in any way.

ENTRANCE
A covered entry provides access to the property with entry by way of an electronic door lock (the key code & full instructions will be supplied before departure), no need to spend your time on arrival driving around to find an agent in order to obtain a door key.
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cater for your family and friends as though you were at home. Everything you could need is provided including, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all dinnerware and utensils are included. Tea towels are provided and a laundry area houses a large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer.
DINING ROOM
Chat over the adventures of the day in our dining area, you will find everything you need right down to the napkins. Ideal for that home cooked meal or take out, if you so choose. There is a highchair provided for the little one in your party.
FAMILY ROOM
The spacious and comfortable lounge with vaulted ceiling overlooks and provides access to the pool. This room includes multi channel cable TV and DVD player. seating area and telephone (free local calls).
MASTER BEDROOM
The American king-size bed will allow you to sleep in real luxury. The en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, separate bath and shower and wc, affords you spacious privacy. A walk-in wardrobe, nightstands, alarm clock/radio and there is also a private safe this completes your suite. All towels and linen are provided.
MASTER BEDROOM 2
An American queen-size bed (UK king-size) adds to your relaxation. Private en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and wc, nights tands, alarm clock/radio, walk in wardrobe. All towels and linen are provided.
GAME ROOM
The game room will keep all ages entertained for hours. It includes a full size pool table, air hockey table, board games, TV with DVD player. Take part or opt for a ringside seat. An extra area has been provided upstairs for younger guests to enjoy cartoons.
SWIMMING POOL & SPA
The south facing screened pool deck area overlooks one of the beautiful lakes on the Hampton Lakes community and catches the sun all day. There is more than ample space for all your guests. The extended pool can be electrically heated* and the larger than average spa will bubble away at all those limbs tired by the days of theme park madness. High-quality deck furniture with table, chairs and sunloungers will enable you to soak up some of that Florida sunshine. Enjoy a wonderful outdoor meal, cooked on our complimentary BBQ.*Please see prices section for optional extra heating for pool and Spa. Child safety fence accross pool for extra safety.
