There are also many restaurants from fast food to fine dining, home improvement stores, mini-golf, Sam's Club, Costco, BJ's, and numerous other quaint attractions very close by. A Disney entrance is only 6.4 miles away. Sea World, Universal, and the Convention Center are approx. 15 minutes beyond that. Four major waterparks and hundreds of less well-known attractions are all within a short drive of your home. The Atlantic Coast Beaches, like Cocoa Beach or Daytona Beach are only about an hour to the east. The Gulf Coast Beaches around Tampa/St. Petersburg are only about an hour to the west.   We recently stayed in this amazing home for 2 weeks in February! We were 2 families sharing the house; yes 5 children ages 4 and under and 4 parents. The home is beautifully decorated and maintained. We enjoyed being able to have the majority of our meals on the linai; and of course being able to swim and play outside every day (suggest the pool's heating package; we were able to have some valuable adult time in the evenings, enjoying the spa attached to the pool every night). The kitchen was well-equipped with all items we could have wanted on our holiday, even making cupcakes once for the children! The home is very spacious; on one cooler day when the children wanted to be indoors we did not feel overwhelmed with the 5 children playing inside; the garage has been converted into a games room which can be easily used for smaller children to play with larger toys (beach balls). There are a number of helpful pieces of information contained in the drawer next to the fridge---local restaurants, Disney, a fantastic orange grove close-by, etc---the pub just outside of the community gate is excellent as is Mia's pizza in Davenport (about 10 minute drive away). There are 8-10 large beach towels for use in the house. The community itself is very well maintained, everyone was very friendly and there is a small park for children near the community gate. The club house is very conveniently located to this house, and their staff are very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The club house also has cardiovascular machines (treadmill, elliptical, and bike plus TV entertainment). There is a large Walmart supercentre, super target and publix within 5-10 minutes of the home as well. You are about 15 minutes from Disney's exit and 20 to Sea World, which was super convenient! You are about a 1.5 hour drive the beautiful beaches of the gulf coast in St. Pete's/Clearwater, which we enjoyed. This house is perfect for small or larger families! We will be back next year, can't wait!!

  Fabulous vacation house!!

  It is very large, clean, and has all the amenities you could dream of on a holiday...including a great pool, spa, games room, appliances (kitchen and laundry), and many tv's. Plus, it is within walking distance of a great Irish pub for those days that you just don't feel like cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. There is also a gym at the clubhouse, but I didn't check that out on this holiday - maybe next time if I can tear myself away from the pool. Also, it was great to have wifi to stay connect with people back home. I had a fabulous stay here and would definitely book again!!
