The reservation process was slow and caused delays to my arrival. If the necessary paperwork was sent after the payment was received, there would have plenty of time to resubmitted the paperwork to the property manager. I submitted the paperwork 2 days after the rental fee was paid because that is when I received it. The property manager gave me a hard time saying that I hadn't submitted the paperwork so I had to stop in Birmingham to fax paperwork through FEDEX Kinko's on the way to Orlando. The property manager was very unprofessional with handling the situation. He sounded as if he didn't want a return customer and that is exactly what he gets. I would recommend the facilities because they are nice but please make arrangement with an owner and not the property management. I will never again make a last minute decision in booking an arrangement.
