Our spacious Magnolia Villa is a lovely situated in Kissimmee, Florida and is perfectly placed for the shops, restaurants, fun and attractions that Orlando has to offer (just 10 minutes from Disney world). Also, the Kennedy Space Center and the Coastal Beaches are a little over an hour away

The house was nice and clean. I did have two issues: the lawn hadn't been mowed in weeks. The grass was growing under the screen door. Also-they advertised free grill and pool heat. No grill at the house...I called and left a message about it and nobody called me back. The house is 35 minutes from Disney parks.

Me & my family had a wonderful time@ Magnolia Villa, I'd woudl recomend for any of my friends & hope to be back there next January w/ my family and make that a family tradition, but I want to stay @ Magnolia villa. The 7 Heavean staff was extraordinary and very helpful and everything was just how was promessed on the 7heaven site - very clean, safe, very confortable and most of all it fell like home & me & my family made priceless memories. thanks 7 Heaven Vac. My family stayed 6 nights in Magnolia Villa the week of Thanksgiving. We were very pleased with everything about the rental! We loved having so much space, our own kitchen, our own pool, etc. Our family consisted of my husband and I, our children, ages 8 and 6 and my mother. We went to Disney World, Sea World and LegoLand. The drive was not bad to these parks. Groceries were just a short drive as well. The property is very well maintained. The management company is very responsive. Excellent service! We have and will recommend to others!
