The newly completed Villa has all the advantages of many up-grades; ceiling fans in all rooms in/out, ceramic tile floors with rugs in the bedrooms, WIFI throughout the house, free continental US telephone calls.
The large Lounge area is equipped for comfort and luxury with large High Definition TV and French doors leading to the private, quiet, extensive Screened Pool Deck.

Our Villa is located 3 miles from the Magic Kingdom Main Gate, only 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport, and with easy access to Interstate 4.
Our Villa is within one mile from highway 192 (Formosa Gardens Junction).
This home is about 15 minutes from Sea World and 20 minutes from Universal Studio. Also about 15 minutes away you will find one of the largest and busiest Name Brand Prime Outlet Stores in Orlando for all your shopping needs.
You also will find many Golf Courses in the area, and beaches are within 1 hour 15 minutes drive time.
