This single family home is located in Crescent Lakes, a well-established, mature, well landscaped, sub-division in Kissimmee just minutes from local shopping. Crescent Lakes has a children's park, basketball hoops and many lakes available for fishing, stocked with bass and catfish. You are just a 15 minute drive to the Disney area and 25 minutes to Universal Studios. The Florida Mall is about 20 minutes away. There is an easy route to the beach on the 528 Beach Line and an equally easy trip to the Tampa/St Peterburg Beach area and Busch Gardens. Restaurants, banks and a local Walmart supermarket are just minutes away.

The home has a very large king master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with dual sinks, makeup vanity, large shower and garden tub. There is a door leading to the lanai from the master suite, as well as cable television and a DVD player. The second master suite has a tv with DVD player. Bedroom there is full size with tv with DVD player, while bedroom 4 has a set of twin beds, tv and DVD player. There is a large flat screen tv in the lounge, and a sitting area just off the lounge with additional tv. A DVD player and stereo is also available in the lounge.

Sliding doors lead from the family area onto a covered portion of the lanai with dining area for 4 - great for the morning coffee or tea! There is a large, heated pool and spa surrounded with loungers to soak up the sun.The indoor dining area seats 8 and leads to the open plan kitchen. The house has every modern convenience and appliance, is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, towels, linens, a full washer and dryer, hair dryers and more. Wifi is available throughout the house.

Crescent Lakes is well located for the Disney theme parks and has some of the finest views of nature. The community is surrounded by conservation land, where it is home to deer, turtles, armadillos, eagles - just to name a few. Crescent Lakes is set in beautifully landscaped grounds, surrounded by palm trees in a tranquil location with real Florida style. It is just minutes away from highway 192 where you will find hundreds of restaurants and attractions for you and your family to enjoy.

The local area is also more than amply served by many great golf courses to suit every level of handicap and challenge. Visitors are welcome and green fees, including carts are very reasonable.
