The homes is a 4 bed 3 bath detached villa on the gated community of Cumbrian Lakes which is located just off Highway 192 in Kissimmee literally 5 miles and less than 10 minutes to Walt Disney World and only 15 minutes to Universal Studios and Sea World.
There is a Master Bedroom with en -suite bathroom, a queen double and 2 twin rooms. There is an open plan living and dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. As you can see from the photographs the home has been furnished to a nice standard and the extended deck area and 30 ft pool and spa comfortably allows for enough room for up to 8 guests.

Cumbrian Lakes is located just off Highway 192 in Kissimmee literally 5 miles and less than 10 minutes to Walt Disney World and only 15 minutes to Universal Studios and Sea World. The restaurants and shops of the 192 are literally five minutes away, and there is also a great selection of championship golf courses and shopping malls all within a 20 minute drive. Should you wish to travel further afield places such as the Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens, Clearwater Beach and the Brand new Legoland are all within 45 mins to 1 hours drive away.
