We have a number of 4 bedroom town homes each with 3 or 3.5 bathrooms, offering a comfortable living and dining room, fully equiped kitchen, covered entrance and two parking spaces. Situated in Regal Oaks, just off 192 and close to attractions, shops and dining.

The airconditioned townhomse offer accommodation over two floors with one queen bedroom and bathroom (with shower over tub) on the ground floor. The open plan kitchen, dining and living room open to the back porch. The kitchen comes fully equiped with fridge/freezer with ice maker, stove, microwave and dishwasher. All cookware, cutlery and crockery is included.

Upsta...irs are two twin rooms, a family bathroom and king master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms have showers over the bath. All linens and bath towels are included. There are tvs in all bedrooms and the living room. Free internet and wifi access is provided, as well as cable tv and all calls to the US and Canade. For smaller guests we can install stair gates and set up a travel cot and high chair.

Regal Oaks resort in Kissimmee is the perfect location for your next Orlando vacation. The resort is situated right behind the Old Town entertainment complex and just minutes away from Disney theme parks, outlet malls, restaurants and golf courses. You are only an hour away from Florida's popular beaches.

Regal Oaks is only 3 miles from Walt Disney World, 14 miles from Universal Studios Orlando, 8 miles from SeaWorld and approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Kennedy Space Centre is 68 miles to the east.

Please note the pool at Regal Oaks will be closed from May 2013 to February 2014. Access to the pool at a nearby hotel has been agreed and we will provide details to guests on arrival.

Regal Oaks Resort is located directly behind 'Old Town' and "Fun Spot' on central 192. Just a one or two minute walk gets you to nearly 30 restaurants, over 100 retail shops, a Publix grocery store, a pharmacy, a night club, bars and two awesome destinations boasting go-kart racing, Sky Coaster, roller coaster, laser tag, ferris wheel and a multitude of children's rides.
