This family vacation home has been completely renovated and furnished by an interior designer at the end of 2011. It is nestled along a beautiful lake with views overlooking spectacular sunsets over the water. This property is located in Kissimmee's Crescent Lakes subdivision, minutes from Disney, shopping and other attractions. The newer home is turnkey ready for your vacation and allows 7 guests a comfortable stay in 3 bedrooms.
The master and the junior master bed room feature each a king bed with top of the line mattresses that will provide you the best night sleep you ever had.

The two master bedrooms feature top of the line mattresses from the Hotel Series made by Serta. These high end mattresses retail around 5000 to 6000 $ each at Macy's. Even expensive hotels often have lesser quality accommodations. The bed linens are 100 % cotton with a 400+ thread count. You will feel the difference and we are convinced that our guests will appreciate the extras that the owners have put into the accommodations. Both master bedrooms have a king size bed. Both masters have their own wall mounted Flat screen 32 inch TVs with basic Cable lineup. The kids room has white bunk beds with memory foam mattresses. The lower bed is a full size and the top section is a twin bed. So even an adult couple can fit in the lower part if needed. Ideal for 3 kids. We themed the room to make it fun for the young guests and they also have their own TV with basic Bright house cable lineup.
The house offers an open living space with plenty of seating for your dinner party of family fun on a grand scale. The Living area has couches and additional seating plus a fantastic fun acrylic bubble chair for the "James-Bond-moments" on your vacation. The family room is equipped for fun and games. We installed two token operated gambling machines. You have the key so when your "winning streak' ends you can empty out the machines and try your luck again. These are fun for everyone. The game table converts from pool billiard to air hockey. For additional sports we provided a WII gaming console with the sports software. There are also additional controls so everyone can join in. The big flat screen TV provides a great picture and the extended channel lineup of Brig house cable TV including the digital channels they offer. (We do not provide HBO and pay per view but the TV has a Laptop hookup so you can stream movies from your laptop or you can bring your favorite movies and play them on the DVD/Blue Ray player.
The bath rooms had been redone for your ultimate comfort. Stylish accommodations allow guests a comfortable stay and offer everything one might expect from a perfect Florida getaway. Your home away from home offers dual vanities in the master bath room. There is a large walk in shower and a walk in closet along with an enclosed commode. The second bathroom features a furniture vanity with granite top and a tub shower combination. All the bath rooms are equipped with plenty of white 100 % cotton towels.
The kitchen had been gutted and completely refurbished with new white cabinets and new countertops. There are all new appliances from the glass top stove, microwave, dishwasher to a two door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser in the door. I stayed at this beautiful home for 11 days and did not want to leave. It was paradise. There was so much space, a great kitchen. My favourite part of the home was the well heated pool in the backyard overlooking a small lake. I would definitely go back in a heartbeat.
The villa was not only accomodating but also located in a peaceful and pretty community. Surrounded by several parks for young children to play. Only 30 minutes drive to Disney & the amazing shopping outlets.
Our stay was like being at home - open concept, large bedrooms, washer & dryer, easy access kitchen, bbq, and of course the pool! The pool is very clean!

My friends and I rented this villa in November for a few nights and had a great time. Everything was made available to us and we never ran out of things to do... Lots of games, slot machines, great pool, and close to stores and restaurants.
Clean, modern and affordable... I recommended this villa to my family when I returned home, and I will definitely be returning back!!!
We rented this villa for a week and will be returning for sure. We were able to get around easily and Disney was a close drive, as was shopping and restaurants. We loved having our own pool and used it often on those warm days. The villa is even nicer than the pictures on line it is well kept and very clean, we also felt very safe in this area and the security on sight was an added bonus. We will be telling our friends about this great place to rent when travelling to Florida.
We booked this Villa for a week of fun at Disney and couldn't have been happier! The Villa was even more beautiful than the pictures showed and had a very new feel. It was spotless and well appointed. The pool was wonderful to have and we enjoyed it so much on those warm Florida days, and nights! Disney was easy to find and close to the home so we didn't spend all of our time travelling to and from the parks. There was lots of restaurants and shopping close by. This is a safe area so we never felt uncomfortable and the security was a nice addition. We will definitely be back to this villa the very next time we get to Florida and will tell all of our friends.
