Rate is dependent on date's of travel and rate season this applies to including, peak, high, mid and low season. Please enquire for further details.

There will be a non-refundable $62.15 Property Protection and Processing fee. The Property Protection Fee ($45 + tax) is a damage waiver that will cover up to $1500 for accidental or inadvertent damage. The processing fee of ($10 + tax) will cover our administrative costs. Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence will result in additional costs and will be persued. The Property Protection Fee covers accidental damages to the unit or its contents. This damage protection does not cover damages by pets (unless the particular property stipulates it is pet friendly), willful or gross negligent behavior, theft, or breach of policy that results in damages. You will be liable for charges of this nature and the party that agreed to the terms and conditions and paid the rental costs will be pursued.

For stays less than 7 nights a cleaning fee will apply.

All we need to secure a booking is $350 deposit (Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival).
