This was a great choice instead of a hotel. The neighborhood was quiet, so if you want loud parties please go some where else. I loved being able to cook good meals for the grand kids, instead of all the fast food. And the best part is my grand kids are water babies and love to be in the water, so I wasn't running down to a hotel pool a dozen times a day. The beds could have used some egg crates on them for a little more softness, but after a long day at disney, you can sleep on the floor and not notice till the next morning. Ha Ha. The only thing I missed was someone else to wash all the towels. I'll definitely do this again if I come to FL.

Great location, Great pool. my only concern was the bugs. there were alot of spiders and ants, at night alot of those big palmetto bugs were on the patio. A few lights were out as well. Customer service was excellent and the check in and out was fast.

We stayed in this home for a week. Upon arrival it was very clean and although it is an older home it is very well kept. There was plenty of room for our family and having our own private pool was very nice. They do not stock items such as dish detergent, toliet tissue, paper towels, so plan to make a trip to the grocery store. The house did have a well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, plates, etc) The subdivision the house was located in was very quiet yet it was close to all the Disney parks and Universal. We will definately stay here on our next trip to Florida!!!

I have contact a Canadian author who writes travel books for Canadians visiting Florida and described our problems. He said he no longer recommends advantage Homes because of a management change.

When I entered town, the rental office was a little hard to find. I called to get directions and she willingly stayed on the line as long as it took to guide me there. Signing in was hassle-free. The houses were in a very homey neighborhood, very close to a main street- 192. The houses were all beautiful. The pools were enclosed which meant I could swim regardless of the elements. There was also a path in the backyard that I could run on each morning. That was an unknown plus. I think the best perk was the fact it was a house for the same price or less then some hotels. A house makes you feel right at home, like you live there, and not wanting to go back to your real home.

This was a great home away from home. We found it very clean and spacious-two families stayed together. The one complaint we would have is there was no extra roll of toilet paper,no dish soap,one garbage bag etc. we assumed there was supplies to start and we would have to add to them. However the house it's self was great with the pool for our own to enjoy as well as a play park for the kids right out our back door! We would definatley stay here again!

My husband, 2 teenaged children and myself spent the better part of a week in the Kissemmee/Orlando area in December. We stayed in beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a pool in the backyard. (We were unable to use the pool as the weather was too cool, but those are the breaks! It was still awesome to have the little patio!) The price was comparable to what it would have been had we stayed in a hotel, and it was so lovely that during our down-time, everyone had a place to hangout without being on top of each other! And no fighting over what to watch on TV as there were 3 in the house! (My son had brought his video game thing so they had that to play also!) We had a majority of our meals in, so we saved money that way. It was a great experience and we would definitely do it again. My only beef was that I had not been told there would be a security deposit, so I was unprepared for that and then it took more than a month to get it back. But, lesson learned...all in all, it was well worth it!
