This beautiful villa has 3 amazing bedrooms and 2 baths is located just minutes from the Disney World attractions. The master bedroom has a king size bed for a king size vacation. The second has a queen size bed in a brilliant room. The third has a set of twin beds with a tall, arched window for lots of sunlight during the day. Hi,
The house was great,rooms were very clean,spacious and large enough for quest if you have any. We fell in love with the place. The only complaint we have is that there are not enough pot & pans to cook a decent size meal. This has been listed before from other quest and still is not fixed. I will say this that I would stay there anytime, it is close to everything you need. -

Property 2625 is the 4th vacation rental we have booked through advantage vacation homes and our first disappointment. The bathrooms were musty smelling and water damage discoloring was visible on the baseboards. The rugs in all the bedrooms were stained and the mattresses were all uncomfortable. The linens and pillows look like they are from 1975 and need updating to a clean and modern look. We had to go to Walmart to purchase linens to place over theirs for our own piece of mind. The walls had marks and require painting. The home also needs a thorough cleaning and fumigating. We found several spiders and cockroaches in the home. There was also dust and cobwebs in corners and behind the beds. The only thing we liked about the home was its proximity to Disney which allowed us to spend less time in traffic.
When we complained about the condition of the home to advantage staff all we got was a disingenuous smile and no compensation for our inconvenience. We will never use advantage Vacation Homes again. We also complained that one of the smoke alarms was beeping and likely needed battery replacement and they did nothing to correct the problem during our ten day stay. All it takes is one bad experience to lose a loyal customer. -

The comments that were on the review portion of the web site were pretty spot on. The distance required to travel for the key pick up and registration were a mild pain. The home was a little worn and could use some sprucing up. The pool heating was a problem. I took the advice and paid to have the heater turned on the day we traveled to Orlando (Arrival was in the evening)so the temperature would have the "day" to arrive at temperature. I had to call on the second day when I inspected the heater and noticed that it was not turned on. The technician came and turned it on and it was fine a day later. I felt the explaination of "the temperature was low last night so it kicks off automatically" was disinguineious. Some of us know how a pool heater works. A simple I'm sorry, let me care for that for you" would have been better received. It caused us to be concerned about other instructions we were given. Still waiting for return of deposit. I do not understand why it takes two weeks to return deposit. Especially since the home has already been rented again.

The location of this rental was fabulous. The home was a little run down, showing its age, but it was a great place for our family to spread out and unwind from a day at the parks. Pool was really nice, but it was a little cold in October. The house had an alarm to provide some added peace of mind. The only issue we had was with the dishwasher. It was an old dishwasher, and we couldn't get the dishwasher to close or engage so it would start. We called housekeeping twice, and didn't get any response. Finally, on the day we were to leave, we called the front desk, and they told us to just leave the dishes loaded in the dishwasher.
Overall, it was a fabulous value with a location convenient to shopping and to Disney. Would definitely stay here again...if they got a new dishwasher. -

It was a pleasure and very comforting to stay at our home; the home was very clean, welcoming & maybe a little to close to all the shopping outlets near by (if you know what I mean).
We were only minutes away from Disney which made our visit that much more easier for traveling.
Our stay made us feel like we were at home, with all the amenities to go with it.
We did enjoy our stay at advantage Homes & we will look at staying there again in the future. -

This was our third time in an advantage vacation home,overall we had a good time.The location was great for easy access to the parks and shopping,with Walmart only minutes away.
The house was a bit tired looking although clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable.
Could have done with a few more towels,and things like dishcloths and tea towels were not provided.The pool was great,big enough to actually swim in.
Dont know if it was the time of year or what but we were bothered a bit with huge cockroach type beetles around the pool and in the garage,also one found it's way into my
daughter's bedroom.
Advantage staff were helpful and friendly,we would definately go back again.

Nice situated near Disney Parks.
Too bad we didn't have cable television during our week of stay.
They didn't (want to) help us to get a good signal in the living room.

Vacationers BEWARE!

The conditions at this rental home were HORRIBLE! The pool was nasty, roaches in the kitchen and garbage disposal did not work! Nothing like the description on the web-site. The front desk personnel have a disregard for compliants and take their time in solving customer's problems. Had to call numerous times to get service, which I never received during our stay. I'm in the process now of disputing the rental charge with my credit company since I paid for amenities I did not receive! Reccomendation: save your money and go elsewhere!

I enjoyed the home, it was very clean, nicely furnished and stocked well. There were plenty of towels, dishes cookware etc. The pool is big and has a jacuzzi. Water temp was perfect with the heater service. Close to shopping with a Walmart Superstore minutes away. Very quiet neighbourhood. Perfect family vacation home
Staff were at advantage were helpful.

We were very please with this house. It was located in a quiet neighborhood, close to stores and < 15 minutes from attractions. The backyard and pool was very private, though the water temperature was pretty disappointing, even with paying for heated water and starting it a day ahead of time, as they suggested. The 3 bedrooms worked out well. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots/pans. We were sorry to leave!
