The home itself was fine, but the beds were so old and uncomfortable we ended up sleeping on the floor the last 2 nights of our honeymoon! We woke up every night by 2 or 3am because the bed was killing us! Springs poking us in the sides, we did not rest well and that made us unable to enjoy the rest of our trip to the fullest because we were so tired! The price to heat the pool was unreasonable! Being in the summer we expected it to be a little cool but not freezing, so we didn't get to enjoy that either! We called on day 3 to request the heat be turned on and they would only do it if we paid for 5 days worth of heating for only 3 days left in our trip, so we declined. The house was also too hot! Having to keep the thermostat set at 75 degrees is uncomfortable! For as much as we paid to stay there we should have been able to control the air how we wanted! We had to buy fans just to stay comfortable! Also, they should have provided some kind of starter kit with cleaning supplies and things like extra toilet paper and paper towels. We had to put much more money into paying for miscellaneous items like these that we can't take back home with us on the plane then we would have liked or expected. Overall, the idea of a private home for vacation was great, but the experience was not worth what we paid. Very disappointed.

The place was comfortable but didn't seem the greatest maintained. The light didn't work in the pool, the freezer ice was frozen solid and unusable. The water was undrinkable...the Rep should have told us that in the beginning. Overall was quiet and decent.

Wishing we were there on this cold, snowy Canadian morning! This home was clean. It is in a quiet neighbourhood,not too far nor too close to Disney. Not new construction but neither is my own home. Very relaxing vacation with just enough excitement. Call ahead for Wi-Fi and heat for pool. Great service from aVH.

We have stayed at four previous homes with advantage and have always been completely satisfied and impressed. The service for reservation and recieving your home information is always top notch but this house was sub par. There were rips in the carpet, and the furnishings were dated, there isn't wireless internet service and the cable/satelite didn't work properly. We also had to purchase toilet paper for a short stay stay. There were 2 bathrooms and only 1 roll of paper for one bathroom. Location is good but the neighborhood is ran down. We will continue to use advantage Vacation homes because of thier continued great service but will not use Property 3000.

The home was very clean. The area of the home was nice and clean. Pool was nice. Parks were further then we thouhgt. But over all it was nice. Would stay there again.

I really liked the house The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. definately reccommend this house. have a great variety of items to chose from. Pool was great.House was very clean and neat. I loved it and would definately stay there again.

Last minute vacation ,good weather with a great pool home close to the action.Would recommend to anyone with kids.Why stay at a hotel when you can have a private pool home.

House was very comfortable and good location, pool was excellent and pool furniture was comfortable and new,
House could stand some up grading ie: new carpets, window blinds to pool area, more lighting in garage area for washer -dryer, But over all for rental price we enjoyed our stay and would recommend house and advantage to others and would rent again from advantage Homes.

The house was very clean. The only negative thing I would say about the house was the owners car in the garage which makes the garage unusable. The listing should not say it has a two car garage if it is not usable. And you can't not see it because the washer and dryer are in the garage. But this really didn't bother us too much.
The pool was very nice and adequate for the four of us. Being that we went in July it did not have heat. I can tell you with that Florida sun you don't need it. One day it was almost too warm.
Over all we had a great time and if it is ever just the four of us visiting again I would stay in this house.

Our main complaint was no wi-fi or internet service available in the home. We were not aware that these things need to be specifically requested at booking.
Disappointed that we were not able to park our vehicle inside the garage as the owners' vehicle is parked there. Therefore, if it was raining and late at night we had to exit the vehicle on the outside.
