I found this place through Expedia and they guided me to the advantage homes website which had pics of jacuzzis attached to the pools. I was really looking forward to that and was extremely disappointed that there was no jacuzzi at all. The master bedroom was pretty big but the other 2 bed rooms were tiny. Over all wasn't impressed. I've found way nicer and comfortabler places for the same money

Upon arriving to check in and pick up our key we were informed by the maintenance guy that he had not had to inspect our house yet due to the fact the prior people left late. We did not arrive to check in until about 4:30 or a little after.
When we arrived at our rental home and pulled in the driveway the first thing we saw was trash that was strung out all over the driveway and the front windows were missing many slats from the blinds. Doesnt look very good from the outside.
Then when we entered the house we also realized the back patio blinds had several missing slats and found one laying on the ground. We also found crusty food on the couch and food in between the cushions. There was also a slit in the back of the couch. We went to the office the next morning to let them know what we walked into. They immediately went and picked up the trash and that was it. The gentleman also made us to believe he was documenting all of this stuff in the computer. When we checked out we found out that he had not documented anything in the compupter. My husband went to Lowes and purchased tape so he could reenforce the slats of the blinds so they would stay up so we had privacy. The gentlemen in the office did not seem to care to much about the blinds. We are already planning our trip back next year and I am not planning on using your coompany again. It is also a little upsetting to have to wait so long to get your security deposit back. Didnt even know I was going to have to put a deposit down since the rental was paid in full. Pool was wonderful although we could not use it at all because the water was way to cold and couldnt affored to pay for 5 days of heating it. -

The house was a little smaller than we expected, so we asked if we could upgrade to a bigger house. Management was rude and not very helpful. I was asking questions and they were very short and dismissive with their answers. Their whole silver/gold/platinum level scale is kind of whacky and not easy to understand. The house was not small, but we did feel cramped with 5 adults so we were jsut looking to get out. This wasnt their fault, but i felt like they didnt do enough to help our cause. The price difference was significantly large to get into a bigger house, so we just stayed put. After being there a few hours we noticed how dirty everything was. There was dust everywhere, plates and cups were dirty, and the pillow cases had sweats and drool stains. It was disgusting. A $75 cleaning fee? for this? awful. There was no paper towels or napkins and only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Those were my only complaints. Good location, very good price, but overall i was disappointed. If i was treated kind on the phone and the place was clean it would be a 4 star review.

The villa met with our expectations and for a family of 5 was very spacious. There was cutlery and china in abundance and all the appliances where easy to operate. The children used the pool a few times but it was cold and the cost of heating the pool was too expensive. Two negatives only, the ceiling in the garage collapsed which wasn't an issue for us we didn't put the car in there, I reported it and e-mailed a photo, however the e-mail was not even acknowledged with any response. The second negative is that the showers were quit scaled and did not appear very clean. Other than the staff in the offices were helpful and polite answering any questions we had. Would recommend the company to others.

The house was very nice and clean, The beds were not the most comfortable but they were good size. The pool was great along with just about everything else. It was a great experience and I would reccommend it to anyone.

The area was very run down properties not looked after and cars parked all over the lawns. We were given instructions to disarm the alarm but none to reset it FYI . No wi fi . This was our biggest problem . We needed internet during our stay and although promised it was never set up. There was a large hole in the roof over the pool and it soon filled up with leaves and dirt. They did however return our fee for pool heat and sent a pool cleaner mid week.The quality of the finishes was poor and dated.There were not enough pots and fry pans tea towels(none) and the bath towels were sad . The location was good for Disney and restaurants etc . The staff in the office were rude (when questioning about wi fi and pool condition)and unprofessional except Kathy she was very efficient and helpfull. On a positive note the house was clean and well laid out and the pool cleaner was pleasant and helpfull .The weather was great and no snow.Overall we were disappointed.

We felt very good, excellent our stay.
The house is very comfortable and agard, with every comfort and equipped.
Details except to satellite TV and the person responsible for cleaning the pool a bit uncomfortable we.
but the rest can say that our stay was excellent.
very quiet area near Disney World parks, food establishments, banks and others.

Hudson NHBetter Than a Hotel But Not Luxurious

My 21 year old son and myself went down to the Orlando area for a few days of R&R.; There was no intention of visiting any of the parks - just relaxation, sitting by the pool and doing nothing. Check-in was great, easy and fairly quick. Getting to the house was also a breeze. However, it was a little disappointing that the neighborhood appeared to be in need of maintenance as several lawns were not mowed. We entered the house and the house was large enough but not luxurious by any means. The home definitely was in need of updating as it looked stuck in the 80's. None of the TVs were plasma or HD and were small screened (20 inch); the TV in the masterbedroom didn't work at all. I couldn't use the shower in the master bath as for some reason the water only came out cold. The outlet for the vanity didn't work so I had to use the 2nd bathroom for showers and blow drying my hair. Pool was small and needed to be vacuumed. There was also a huge spider that was looming over it as well. We decided that sitting by the pool was probably not a good idea. I'm not trying to sound snobish but the rental was advertised as a luxurious pool home and I have stayed at other rentals over the past years. Typically luxurious rental implies state of the art appliances and a view. Our view was of a retaining wall to separate the property and the street.
