This was the 2nd time we've stayed at an advantage Vacation Home rental property. The Villa we stayed in was very nice for a family of 5. Very clean. Great location to Disney Parks, Universal Studios & Shopping. We will defintely be staying here again

The advantage Home Office employees were most helpful and made sure that we were well informed as to what we needed to do upon arrivial to Kissammee.
They were kind and courteous and I felt very well looked after from their end of things.
The Home was easy enough to find, however we arrived in the dark and it would have been nice to have the outdoor light on for us that first night when you are not sure where to go. There really was nothing supply wise in the unit not even coffee filters for the coffee pot. The place was lovely at first site. However the beds were horrible! The most uncomfortable beds to sleep on and the twin beds are far too small and narrow for adults. New beds are a must. When you have travelled across the country and walk around the parks all day you need a good bed at night. It really was miserable trying to get a goodnight sleep.
Also the bedspreads in one of the bedrooms were stained and looked dirty,seriously people if you are going to rent out your unit make sure you have decent beds and bedding.
I think the condos should have a few more staples such as hand soap, dish soap etc. toilet paper etc.

Mom and I had a great stay for the third year and hope
to come back for a fourth . our unit was clean and comfortable...the grounds are well maintained...the location is perfect for our needs and the staff is helpfull and friendly.
