We will definetly be renting from gemstone again. They knew how important it was for us to have a heated pool and they checked to make sure before our arrival that it was working, it was not working so they gave us a free upgrade from a townhome to a house. All before leaving for Florida. The house was spotless. The only reason I'm not giving Pinehurst 5 stars is because there is not tv's in all bedrooms just master but that did not matter to us.

The home was clean however there we lots of ants and the home was hot! Also there was very little cooking suuplies such as a can opener and baking sheet. Also because the gargage is a game room we had to park in the drive way and recieved a parking ticket.

We appreciate your loyalty to Gemstone as a repeat guest.Going forward ,please do not hesitate to call our 24 hour Emergency number to report an issue with the home’s temperature as an adjustment could have been made or a technician dispatched to resolve.Gemstone also contracts with a Professional pest control company and if during the rainy season if it is necessary for him to re service we would be happy to have schedules.Osceola County including the entire city of Kissimmee does have a parking ordinance and sometimes if your vehicle is not pulled into the driveway completely and covering the sidewalk they will issue a ticket.
We hope to have you return next year and that we may provide you a wonderful experience .

Love the layout of the home and was pleasantly surprised. The home was clean and well kept, the pool and pool area was clean. The master bedroom was immense and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
This subdivision is so close to everything, we went to Sea World and shopped near Epcot and the Florida Mall and Universal Studios.
All in all and wonderful time and we will be back next year.
The only problem I found was that the floor plan was not available to see that none of the bedrooms were down stairs. thanks again we will be back
