We had a wonderful stay at the Bella Vida, plenty of room for everyone, very nice pool and the facilities we were allowed to use were extremely nice. I had a couple questions, I called and they were answered in a timely manner. Overall we had a great stay:o)

The house we rented in Kissimmee, Fl. was excellent & Gemstone's people were very helpful, professional& knowlegeable (1st class). Every detail was covered and paperwork easy to understand. The home had a great layout, was well furnished and appointed. Location was perfect well landscaped and taken care of. The thing that stands out with me, was our ability to view it before we rented & the info provided made it easy for us to make our decsion. Please don't change anything. It was a very peaceful neighbourhood. We have travelled extensively, and have never seen a more beautiful accomadaton. We can't wait for Christmas 2012 to come back.

Nicely decorated and spacious living areas. Gated community. Less than 1/2 mile to grocery store. Easy access to Disney parks.
Could have used more lighting in the upstairs game room and a TV in all the bedrooms.

We loved staying at the Bella Vida. The location was great for Disney and the pool was a welcome relaxation in the evening after our busy days at the parks. Truly a home away from home.

Had a wonderful time at Bella Vida. Great value for money and excellent location being only a maximum of half an hour from Disney, Universal and Seaworld. Villa was beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool after a busy day at the theme parks. The only thing we thought was lacking was an information pack detailing instructions on how things worked in the villa, best places to eat, contact details etc.

We have been renting homes from Ray before he was even with Gemstone Homes. As usual the service and the homes compare to no other. We have rented homes in other places from Bermuda to St. Thomas - and no other place is as easy and as beautiful as any Gemstone Properties. We recommend Gemstone to all of our friends, and all of the people we send can't thank us enough for telling them about Gemstone. Again, we thank you for a great vacation.

This home far exceeds the pictures! It appears professionally decorated and is extremely clean. We were minutes from the Disney parks, but could look forward to coming home to this beautiful vacation home to relax after a busy day. The Gemstone staff was easy to work with and we had a wonderful vacation experience!!

Sometimes rental house pictures are misleading. Not the case at Bella Vida. We were really happy with the size the house and the furniture decor. It was all very nice. We liked having the grill by the pool for cooking at the house after a day at Disney. The house is conviently located next to a Wal-mart which is great for food, Disney souviners, and your daily Disney food and drink supplies. The house has everything you need, plates, cups, pots and pans and a dishwasher. So you just need to bring your food and drinks and you are ready for a vacation.
At nighttime the poolside porch is extremely peaceful and quiet. We were all surprised how quiet things were at night time. The poolside porch was a great place for the parents to relax by the pool after a long day at Disney.
The drive to Disney was only about 15-20 minutes. We shared the house with another family, and having two king beds was key for each set of parents. The only down side was the cable tv did not work while we were there. But the DVD player worked, and we let the kids watch movies on their down time.
We had fun.

Had a wonderful time in this home! We had ample room to spread out and be comfortable. Loved the pool and summer kitchen in back. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Would def. visit again if we visit Florida in the future. Our only complaints would be that we always had to enter the code for the front gate several times before it would allow us to enter. This was a little concerning late at night:) and it would've been nice to have a box of trash bags available to take trash to compactor (which was overflowing). Otherwise a great home and would def. recommend. Thank you.

We had an extremely good experience with this house, it had lots of room to spread out including a beautiful outdoor lanaii with cushioned furniture and outdoor mini-kitchen. The area had lots of shopping including handy nearby WalMart and publix, and we enjoyed the clubhouse as well. I highly recommend this house, I had younger kids, a teenager, and grandpa in tow and we all had space to do our thing. Close to the parks and Orlando attractions and very well serviced by Gemstons Properties.

this property is one of the finest holiday homes you`ll come across, beautifly decorated interior with a fantastic pool area where you can watch the sun set after a hard day shopping. Ray and the wonderful team always ensure everything is taken care of before you arrive. the location of this property could`nt be any better with supermarkets and disney minutes away. Ps. The only problem with this property is you`ll not want to go home.

This home and Gemstone service could not have been any more perfect for our family with granchildren. Pool heat and house were perfect. We will definitely stay here again on our next Disney trip. Super wal mart next door certainly helped on those last minute items.

THE HOME WE RENTED HAD EVERYTHING THAT WE NEEDED FOR A COMPLETE STAY. EXCEPT FOR, THE LEAK IN THE KITCHEN SINK, WHICH WAS TAKEN CARE OF RIGHT AWAY. WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. I THINK FOR THE KIDS, THE POOL WAS THE BEST THING EVER! BUT FOR ME, I JUST LOVED THE HOUSE. THE GATED COMMUNITY WAS A PLUS! WE WERE IN 15 MINUTES OF ALL THE PARKS WE WERE LOOKING TO ATTEND. OUR ONLY WISH IS THAT WE WOULD HAVE STAYED LONGER.

We just spent 9 wonderful days at the BELLA VIDA in Kissimmee Florida, we had a wonderful time. This is the second time we stayed in a vacation home rental from Gemstone property, Last year home was also wonderful but this year we can't say enough about it. We really enjoyed the proximity of a large Walmart across the street, it really made it easy for us to pick up a few things we needed, must say for a Walmart they had the best T-bone steak we ever ate. We really enjoyed the pool at the home, had a great time. The home was so clean and the neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet, we sat outdoors every night past midnight. We would recommend this home to anyone that is looking for a vacation place to stay, it was really affordable and had lots of breathing space for everyone, it's also very close in proximity to all major theme parks. Once again thank you Gemstone property for having such beautiful homes for rental, We plan on going back next year. The only thing we regret is that on the last day we wanted to write a thank you note in the guess book but we didn't have a pen, so we are glad that I have a chance to write comments on here.

Our family of 7 stayed comfortably in the 4 bedroom house. We really enjoyed the number of bathrooms, the decorative living space and the location. The house was less than a minute from walmart and 10 minutes from Disney. We were able to take 192 to 535 which we considered the "back road" to Disney. You DON'T want to take I4 to Disney. This was the best location and it was cheaper than Disney's 2 queen standard hotel resort rooms. Only suggestion to the rental property management: might consider a variety of pillows for the bedroom. Possibly 2 hard fat pillows and 2 down/feather flat pillows. The pillows in our room were hard and fat, which made it a little difficult to sleep after a long day at Disney. Other than the pillows, WE LOVED IT! I would recommend to anyone. Actually, I have already recommended it to friends at work and other family members. Thanks for the great space. Amber
