Just as the website promised. Set back a short distance from the main road this was the ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area. The bar and pool facilities were excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would go back tomorrow (anyone want to treat me?)
Universal Studios was a hoot. The rides are amazing (apart from the rollercoasters which are for the insane only, lol)
If you visit Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville Restaurant - be aware that the plate of Nachos is enough to feed a small nation- could one person eat all that food? No way! The cheeseburgers were outstanding and the cocktails were out of this world. Do NOT drive afterwards. -

everything was fine especially available on short notice as we normally rent a vacation home the only drawback is it was the only and first time ever that there was a daily pool use fee.we have been going to florida for approx 25 yrs and have never seen this.the fee is reasonable ($12.50 a day for 6)but if you happen to have more than 6 in your party the charge is $12.50 plus $25 a day for each person a day above 6 persons(totally unacceptable) .especially when you are vacationing one uses a pool minimally until other things florida has to offer are completed one may spend time at the pool.otherwise i would pay the difference and make a day at a real water park: that is the only thing we found unacceptable.),i was told actual owners of these units are charged the same.i noticed several sales persons showing units.i would never buy or rent where there was a daily pool use never.other than that we were satisfied

We had a wonderful stay at this townhome last month. It was well decorated without being too fussy, and equipped with everything we needed to cook. Besides being located a couple of blocks from a grocery store and down the road from the entrance to Disney world, this quaint resort community had it's own waterslide park. What I think I enjoyed most was how quaint it was. It wasn't fussy, or overwhelming. And for the price, well you really can't beat it.

Everything is close including disney great way to save money for more fun and not on gas! The home had everything we needed to cook and be cozy at home!

This is probably my 15th stay with Gemstone Properties. It is always a great experience. This townhouse was cute, clean and a great location. Far better than a small hotel room.
