Very positive experience. The home was large, clean and included a pool! We had an after hours emergency and the company responded promptly and fixed the issue. Everything was excellent !!!

Very spacious accomodation and although looking a little tired in places was clean and well stocked with towels, bedding etc. Only a few mins drive to Us192 and hence close to Disney and restaurants. Nice size pool and beds very comfortable. Advantage homes service was good.

The house was great, however there are a few things advantage could do to make things better for the visitor. 1) advise home owners ameneties listed when booking may not all be available. We thought we would have a BBQ and that turned out not to be the case (what a let down). Also we thought we would have 2 queens and 2 singles, again not the case. Had I known this I would have made these requests after booking.
2) Remove the page in your information booklet at the home advising that we could call the office for assistance with booking excursions (golf specifically) as this is not a service you provide and the person answering the phones at your office had no idea what I was talking about when I called.
Other than that our stay was fabulous and we will rent again.

the home is very spacious and the pool and patio were very enjoyable. The furnishings were very sparse, especially kitchen utensils. There was an ant problem above the kitchen sink. Every morning the ants were very heavy in that area. Some small things needed fixing up or repair. Okay, so that's the critque of the home. However, we've stayed with advantage for a few years, and we really did enjoy this home. It's well laid-out, and if you can deal with it being a little older than other models, it's a great value and deal. The pool and patio, as stated, were very nice. I honestly would stay at this home again. It may not have been perfect, but the imperfections were small in comparison to the spacious of the home and the nice pool area.

I found the homes to be very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was solar heated. It was too hot for our purpose to cool down after a hot day. It was more like a bath.

We stayed in this home while vacationing Disney area. It was very OK! I felt it needed to be updated. There were different out of date colors of carpeting in most rooms. The home has a nice layout w/door off master br with access to pool. No yard beyond pool though. We had a good stay but would not return.

Really pleasant house. 2 lounges worked well for the tele addicts and those who wanted to chat! House layout was good, nice pool area. Only comments: needs an electric garage door opener and internet access, then would be exceptional!

We found this home to be a bit outdated and shabby. The carpets and lino need replacing, the decor obviously hasn't been updated since the 90's. Dishwasher did'nt work and the maintenance guy said it could'nt be fixed within our stay. Main bathroom toilet didn't work properly. Master bathroom was nice but toilet area was messy. None of the interior door locks worked. Patio furniture looked quite cheap and one of the loungers was broken. Externally, the house needs refreshing - front door needs a new lick of paint. On the brighter side, the house was spacious, had a beautiful big pool, huge patio area. Bedding, towels etc. were clean and plentiful. Master Bedroom was nice but needed more furniture. Would have been nice to have ceiling lights in all the rooms instead of just table lamps. We have previously stayed with Advantage Vacation homes and had a exceptional property that was modern and up to date so we found this home dissapointing as we paid the same price. I would not recommend this house unless it gets a complete makeover.

The home was nice but my husband referred to it as "tired". The rugs are in need of replacement and the toilet in the master bath was tired. The main bathroom could also use an update. But, the beds were comfortable. Also, you should stock tissues (weird to say but noticed they were missing). We enjoy this location because it is close to all parks. We also enjoy having a house so that we can eat breakfast in and relax when we are home (we didn't spend much time home though with all the parks right there). Overall, we enjoyed the experience.

We had a wonderful stay at our Advantage Vacation Home. We had rented 3 homes all together for a family reunion. All the homes were on the same block, they were clean and had everything we needed for the week. The only thing I don't recomend is the pool heat, it was a waste of money, it did not work!
