Very large home in a gated community. 2 Story Home with Master Bedroom and Spa Tub on the first level and 6 additonal bedrooms upstairs with a large loft. The Family Room is open to the upstairs and adjoins to the large kitchen and pool patio area. The 2 car garage has been converted into a game room with Pool Table, Foose Ball, Air Hockey and Darts. Lots of space.

We loved the house, but hundreds of termites came out of the outlet in the floor one night when we were trying to go to sleep. After the third time of cleaning up termites with 409 since that is all I had to kill them, my kids finally went to sleep. The pest control man came the next day to tell me that he does not deal with termites and the termite man would be out the following day.
Overall, the house was very well decorated, clean, and the beds were comfortable, we enjoyed our stay, I just fell bad that they now have to deal with a termite issue. I would stay there again, but I would just bring bug spray.

I conducted a search on the internet for a 8 people accommodation in November 2012. I was a little bit late for this, due to the fact that the governmental institution that i work for decided to approve this activity in Orlando in the last moment, letting me to deal with the travel and accommodation arrangements. By fortune i got in contact with the Lowery's Vacation Homes employee, who was more then supportive and helped me a lot to get through this challenge. We payed and received the express check-in facility and it was perfect. The house itself it is gorgeous and very comfortable and the staff of the aforesaid company deserve a reward. Congratulations Lowery's Vacation Homes, you are the best and i will advice all my friends to use your services when they will travel to Orlando. Thank you very much for your support.

Everyone enjoyed themself. We all enjoyed the bedrooms and the kitchen and the pool was a plus, with the children and myself. Love the area that the home was end.

The vacation home was well maintained, clean and offered all the amenities we needed to make our golf vacation memorable. The home was well situated for access to major roadways, shopping, dinning, attractions and most important, golf courses.

House was fantastic. Kids loved the game room and the pool.Plenty of room for a large family reunion!The kitchen was fully equiped. Was able to cook an entire Turkey dinner for Christmas day. Very close to WDW. Did not have to spend a lot of time traveling. Close to malls and supermarkets. Very clean and nicely furnished. Plenty of towels and bedding supplies. Would I do it again? YES! I would not go for the week of Christmas ever again because I have never seen the Parks (WDW and Sea World)so crowded. Missed a lot just because of long lines. After our experience with this place we are thinking about our next family reunion at a beach house. We will definitely be in touch with Lowery's again.

I rented this property for my cheerleaders while we attended Nationals. Renting the house was more affordable than staying in a hotel and MUCH more comfortable! At first, I thought that having all of us all together ALL of the time would become annoying after a few days, but everything worked out GREAT! The only complaint that we had was that we got there very late with no time to shop before we got to the house. The only issue was that there were no garbage bags, dish soap and paper towels. We had no problem shopping the next day but, for only staying a few days and arriving VERY late at night, those minor things would have been appreciated in the house!
The community, grounds and house itself were amazing, we will definitely be back next year! -

Unfortunately, things can happen that are out of our control as in services to a home. Upon the guest arrival to the home, there was no power in the home. The guest called our Emergency After Hours phone to advise us of there was no power in the home. We contacted Progress Energy to see what happened and when the power was going to be restored. We were informed of a power outage in the community and there was a team working to restore the power. The guest arrived at the home at 11:00 pm and the power company had the power restored by Midnight. We apologized to the guest for the inconvenience upon their arrival and had credited the guest for their first night of their 8 night stay. # 116265
