the single most best thing about this villa is the location you can see disney and epcot fireworks whilst relaxing in the pool in the evening the villa on the whole was lovely , could do with a lick of paint and a deep clean but we would book again without any doubt at all. Perfect service from the owner. what more can we say

We found this villa to be very comfortable. The location is excellent for the Disney parks(4 miles from the resort to animal Kingdom car park!). As there were only 4 of us the villa was extremley spacious, but only the same price as most 3 bedroom villas in this area. Everything you could need for your a stay was provided, including about 30 towels and plenty of cups,glasses,crockery etc. The only downsides were, the BBQ ran out of gas the first time we used it and the managment company expected me to send my time and money finding somewhere to refill the bottle and to pay for it, or to contact the owner. I tried E mailing the owner but got no response(and still havent a week after returning home!). The games room has been neglected(air hockey not working, electronic darts not working) and the remote control system for the Tv was very confusing and only seemed to work when it wanted to(not that we watched much TV or used the games room much)

Overall pleased with the accommodations at Florida Escape. A great location at a reasonable price. Spacious living areas and nice clean pool. The pillows and mattresses in the master suites need to be replaced soon. We bought pillows at Target while we were there as the pillows were unusable (very flat and no support). We left them for the next guests. :) Nice that Loyalty called to check on us after we arrived and we did not encounter any real issues while there!

The villa was fantastic and we took full advantage of everything in it. We needed help from the service team for a minor problem with the TV and they came out straight away. You can see the fireworks from Magic Kingdom at night so that was a great surprise.
We've stayed in Emerald Island before and it's a perfect location for all the theme parks. It's a gated community so we also have that extra comfort knowing that people are checked in and out. -

There were 2 families that totaled 9 people that stayed here and we had plenty of room and truley enjoyed it. The house could of used a couple of things that would of been just basic like hand towels and dish clothes. The kids enjoyed the game room and the pool. It was nice to have the washer and dryer especially with having 5 kids ranging from ages of 4-15. The house was located in a very nice gated community.

This was a great place for a family of six to stay close to the theme parks and enjoy the area at a resonable cost and the ability to make your own meals. I would like to mention that the "fully stocked" kitchen did not have a cookie sheet whick is invaluable in the kitchen. As well, a few esentials would be terrific with little expense to the provider -- salt and pepper, dish soap, and one or two loads worth of laundry detergent. Another dish towel would have been great -- and newer sheets in the master bedroom -- ours felt as if they had been over used and not fresh at all.
