The wife and I wanted to treat our kids to a great vacation at Disney and Universal. We had heard about Loyalty homes from a co-worker but weren't sure what to expect. Well what we got was a great house, a short drive from everywhere and in a great neighbourhood. (Canadian spelling) Everything was clean, comfortable and the folks at Loyalty were a pleasure to deal with. We all had a great time and to quote a movie phrase, "I'll be back."

We just spent 10 days at Sunny Oaks. It was such a nice place. My teenage girls loved having a TV in their own rooms. My little boys loved the swimming pool. I loved the nice kitchen. My husband loved the spacious house. The staff at Loyalty was very prompt if we needed anything.
Some of my favorite memories were watching the kids swim, enjoying the beautiful master bedroom and bath. My husband and I loved sitting and talking by the pool every night after the boys fell asleep.
All in all, this was the best vacation in a lot of years, and I believe it was so because of the home we stayed in. Thanks to the owners and Loyalty. -

I could not have asked for a better place to stay than Sunny Oaks Pool Side. The trip was incredible. This is the second time I've used Loyalty Homes for a vacation in Orlando. The service is excellent. The maintenance guy, Ted, was incredible, and so were Diana and Yvonne, who booked us and answered all the questions that we had. It was so nice to have a day at the theme parks and then to come home to a heated pool and such a comfortable house. I would recommend this company above all others in the area. It was such a great experience.

Good value, clean, large, comfortable beds, comfortable furniture, good lighting, good pool and spa, furnished like a home.
Only drawbacks were cheap BBQ that did not work well. Also was not clean despite having paid for that. Also could have used a few more essentials in the kitchen such as a potato peeler and potato masher.
Overall though a great place. -

The home was well Equipted with Quitaly cooking pots,pans, and baking dishes. The beds were very good and the house was clean. We were close to all the attractions and found the neighborhood well kept. We enjoyed the pool area as it was Landscapped with trees and shrubs and offered a Privite setting

Sunny Oaks Pool Side was outstanding! The New Master Bedroom was perfect, the king size bed was awesome. My brother and his wife stayed in the bedroom with the New Queen Size Pillow Top Bed, it too was awesome. The thing that is most impressive about Sunny Oaks Pool Side is the location. Very close to all the attractions and restaurants but in a very quite subdivision. The home is spacious and backs up to a conservation area. No houses in the back of this house! Walk out the patio door to the lanai which opens to the pool and spa area. Its easy to see with this pools western exposure why it has the name Sunny Oaks Pool Side!

The house was very spacious for our family, we traveled with our two teenage daughters and young son. For a family of five it was ideal. the only problem was there was no broom and perhaps they could add a griddle or a few more pans to cook with. The net around the pool had quite a few tears so many bugs were able to come in. other wise it was great. Disney was only 10 minutes away and coming home after a long evening it was perfect to relax, do laundry and everyone had there own space.

The house was great. It had everything that we needed and even some things that we didn't expect. Our three boys loved the pool and the fact that we were only 3 miles from Disney. We only had one small problem with the spa heat and a dvd player for the kids but the maintenance people were there within 15 minutes to correct the problem. We will definitely use Loyalty Homes again and we are even lookinh into buying a property there as a vaction home and having Loyalty manage it for us. Thank you again for facilitating our first family vacation.

The kids had a blast! Pool and spa kept them busy when we weren't at the parks and the lani with the outdoor TV in the pool area was great. One of the things we enjoyed was that there is no house in the back. It truly is SUNNY OAKS POOL SIDE! If weather was poor the kids simply went to the game room or watched one of the 7 TV's. When the kids went to bed we had the pool area to ourselves. We were so close to the parks, but this house's location is in a very quite subdivision. This has been a great experience! We decided we are going to find time to come back with friends.

and I did. Second year in a row at Sunny Oaks and we love it. Great location and easy to find in the development and would recommend to anyone. Yvonne and Loyalty are the best home rental service in Orlando. I have rented other places but none are as nice as the homes thru Loyalty and the price is great.

Conveniently located, the property was clean and comfortable for the most part. We loved having our own private pool. The beds could use new mattresses. Kitchen needed a few items (measuring spoons/cups), but overall well equipped. The screen over the swimming pool is in dire need of repair. We had visitors in the pool every morning...lizards and frogs! The security buzzer on the sliding patio door to the pool did not work. We were suppose to have access to the internet, but seldom could receive a connection. The gas tank on the BBQ grill was empty. When we reported this we were told a new tank would arrive in 30 minutes it was over a hour before the maintenance man arrived. We were promised a welcome basket since the original property we wanted was unavailable. We asked about it when we made the call about the gas grill and was told it would be sent over, but it never appeared. Emails with questions sent prior to our visit was not answered for 2 weeks even after I sent follow-up emails. Overall, the home was a good value. I would definitely do a rental home again opposed to staying in a hotel or a condo.
