We had an awesome stay in this house in 2010 and are coming back again this summer (2012)! The owners of this house rock and the home/villa truly completed our awesome family vacation. So much more relaxing to spread out in a home vs. a cramped hotel room, and much more privacy, especially in the pool/hot tub. Only minutes away from Disney, next to a ton of shopping/restaurants, yet feels secluded, away from the hustle and bustle of the crazy tourists!!! Would recommend this house hands down over any others, as it has not let us down since 2005!

We had a great time at this house. It was perfectly located near Disney, Universal, shopping, and the Interstate. It was perfect for a family reunion. It was nice to have a private house to come home to, and I was able to prepare and cook my Mom's Birthday meal and bake her cake at the house. It was a much more intimate setting than a hotel, and allowed the whole family to spend time together. The house was well furnished and decorated, with plenty of dishes, towels, and utensils. I would definitely return for another vacation.

It is always a pleasure to stay in one of the Dream Homes. This is the 3rd stay for my family in Orlando and the accomodations have always been EXCELLENT. The location was close to the park exits and the home was easy to find. I can't say enough about Dream Homes. The staff is always friendly and courteous. KUDOS TO DREAM HOMES.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. We use Florida Dream Homes quite often and are amazed because each and every experience we have is truly a joy. The houses are absolutely beautiful and the service we receive is the best we have ever had.

We had a lot of fun in your Dream Home.
It was not our favourite but we liked it very much.
The hot tube was great fun. And the pool was (a little cold) fun for Dennis. The big sceen TV was amazing. You always take care of us and it's great you want us to be happy. We will be back next year a 100 %. It's always a pleasure to meet you!!!!!!!

A beautiful house, well laid out and great for 2 couples. Living space is cozy with ample room to spread out. The community is close to grocery stores, shopping and Disney World. It is nice to be able to cook your own meals in a well stocked kitchen although it was missing a grater!! The pool and hot tub are great. A nice weekend (or week) retreat!

...you will, no doubt, be thrilled with the proximity to the Disney Parks. It is, as they stated, only
minutes to the gate of the park. Also central to 24 hr drug stores, supermarkets, chain restaurants, etc. The accomodations were clean & spacious. If I had one comment it would be that the above ground hot tub be cleaned after each rental not just on scheduled pool day (which is Saturdays apparently). Since we checked in Monday and the last renters checked out Sunday, we were under the impression the hot tub was part of the cleaning done upon check-out only to find out we were wrong. Judgeing by how much clearer the water was after it was serviced, Sat. morning as we were packing up, unfortunately, we realized it had been used by the previous renters before they checked-out on Sunday.
I would clarify this prior to any future stays but I look forward to renting from Dream Homes again in the near future.Response from Florida Dream Homes - 05/03/2009

Our licensed pool tech cleans and monitors all our pools, spas and hot tubs a minimum of one time per week. However, if a guest ever feels that their water is not right, a call to the office will have our tech back at the home in less than a day! Lance

My family and I had an absolutely fabulous vacation. The house was all that we could possibly want or need. There was plenty of room for 9 people. The kids enjoyed the pool and the game room. Everything was very comfortable and very well kept. It was extremely close to Disney and all of the popular restaurants. We were exhausted after being at the parks all day and this house was a great place to unwind and relax. Thank you very much and we hope to stay at this house next time.

I have stayed is several hotel and vacation condos in my life but have never ejoyed a vacation rental quite like this. This is the second time we have stayed in a Dream Homes rental (and hopefully many more to come). The rentals are homely and absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend the convience and luxery of staying with Dream Homes:)

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. The only problem we had was we couldn't figure out how to turn on the hot tub and the room shown on the promo above was painted this awful green!!! I couldn't stay in it because of the color. But otherwise, we would recommend it. It was in a good location and the upkeep was good.

We have stayed with this company twice and both houses were very nice. The pool is great, the big screen TV is nice, and the game room is a great feature. The one problem we had was that the hot water did not last long and the hot water heater recovered very slowly. Other than that, this home is very nice.

I do not recommend to stay. I charged unreasonable fee to rectify the damage which any of my family member is not responsible. I purchased the insurance when I booked the facility but I do not even know what that insurance is for (no meaning).

Hi Ikuo: Since 2005 you have rented from us four different times and we consider you a valued friend. You are referring to the insulated cover over the hot tub at the rental home. When you departed, our maintenance person noticed the cover was completely broken as if someone had sat on top of it. As per our rental agreement, your card was charged for this damage. You contacted us and told us that no one in your party broke the cover. You also asked us why it was not covered under our "accidental damage waiver." We informed you that in order to be covered, you were responsible to notify us of the damage, which you did not. However, since this was your fourth stay and you swore that no one in your party did the damage, we went ahead and refunded your credit card. You should have received that credit last year. Please let me know if you never got it. I hope you will give us another chance to serve you. As always, our previous guests receive $50 off a stay of 5 nights or longer! This must have been our 20th stay with Dreamhomes since 1999. Our vacation stay was handled in the usual professional manner by Lance, Karen, Dawn and all the rest.
We've stayed in many fine properties but this is one of our favorites. Has a nice big screen TV, a nice little stereo, and a game room. House is beautifully decorated and has skylights in both the kitchen and living room areas, a nice touch. If you need a 4-bed, 3-bath, this is the one to go with.

We rented this property to accommodate 8 people for a trade show. It was so comfortable and spacious!
There was a little trouble with the microwave while we were there, but the staff was quite responsive. The homeowner even called to make sure all was handled appropriately!
It truly felt like we were staying at a friend's house. The amenities are second to none, and the location is perfect for vacationers. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet.
We plan on coming back to Orlando with family in the next year or two, and we will NEVER go back to staying in a hotel!!! This is absolutely the way to stay in Orlando!!!
