Our entire family of grown ups with 1 12 year old came from Paducah Ky, Nashville Tn, and New York City. We appreciated so much the Welcome we received at the office when we checked in. Our home (8102) was perfect for our time together. We found it very accommodating. Since our days were packed full of time spent at Disney & Universal, we needed the privacy the home provided when we came back for the day as well as being able to relax,
whether it was in the game room, to watch t.v. or swim
in the pool. Our thanks from the entire family to the Florida
Dream Home Team for helping the Lockman Family have
an unforgettable 2010 Christmas.

We have been staying at this particular home for the past 3 years and we love it...The location is great...It our home away from home...Its clean, comfortable, the pool is great and the game room is a plus...We look forward to coming back in 2011...Dream Homes is the way to go if you are looking for a place to stay while visiting Disney...We have been renting with them for five years and will continue to do so...The staff is friendly and always helpful..Thank You!! We stayed for 6 days at home 8102 during our March Break. It was an excellent home; nice and clean and welcoming. Neighbourhood was quiet and sleepy, and seemed very safe. Florida Dream Homes mgmt was excellent every step of the way. It's obvious that they only want nicer homes in their portfolio.
The home had everything we needed to enjoy and relax. Only real surprise and disappointment was that there were no municipal recycling programs in place, so all of the packaging items (cardboard, bottles, containers) and newspaper, etc go into the waste stream. Very surprising for a municality the size of Orlando/Kissimmee ... and heart-wrenching.
The home's location was very close to Disney World. About a 4 minute drive through very quiet residential neighbourhoods to get to the neon world of Hwy 192 (Bronson), and then about 2 minutes of this to reach the exit to Disney property. Then about 5-10 more minutes (depending on the park) to get to the Disney theme park's parking lot. All in all, very close. Hwy 192 has everything you need (groceries, restaurants, souvenirs, etc.), and probably want to escape from if you are on vacation. It's neon craziness, especially when compared to the manicured world of Disney.
We'd definitely recommend this home, and Florida Dream Homes management to our friends. -

This was a wonderful time for our family. The house was perfect for our needs. It was close to Disney and it was great to come back from a long day to have the kids be able to play in the pool. The house was spotless and very comfortable and I would recommend this home and this company to anyone.

When we arrived we were able to enter a little earlier than stated time which was a big plus. The home was completely clean and everything had a place. The pool and spa were perfect at the end of the day when we got back from our close drive from the parks. Everything was very close and convenient to get to. This was our 3rd or 4th stay at dream homes and it is always a pleasure to deal with Lance and his family. P.S. Lance likes New york bagels!!!

This home was fantastic and the company who rented to us was very helpful in getting us just the right house we loved it so much we have already booked an even bigger house for this June. We have stayed at vacation homes every summer since 2000 and with every other place we have had some kind of problem. Not so with AAA DREAM HOMES. Any issues we had they were eager to help with. One of the employees even brought us a bathroom key on her day off when our 2 year old locked the door. Now that's what i call great customer service.
Look forward to see them again in June 2009

The home was very conducive to comfortably housing a large extended family. The private pool, though small, was good for the younger family members. I especially liked the pool alert. I have recommended this home to my other friends since our return.

We stayed in a 4 bedroom home in the Indian Ridge complex. It was everything we expected and more. The house was easy access to all attractions in the area. It was roomy and clean. We will be back next year.

This property was about 10-15 minutes from any of the Disney parking lots. The house was very clean and had plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large family. We had a large party of 10 folks and had no problems. The kids loved the game room and pool. Remember to bring some essentials like laundry soap and extra toilet paper if your stay will be long. Felt like a home away from home.....

We had a very wonderful stay at the Florida Dream Home. It was our first time to stay in a house instead of a motel and we enjoyed it very much. When we arrived, everything was in order and all the rooms were spacious and very clean. We were really surprised by all of the little things, books to read, dvd's to watch, game room with pool table, foose ball, and darts. I would highly recommend this house. Enjoy!
