House was in a great location. Pool was great. The carpet was horrible, old and ragged. It was a very basic set-up in the kitchen, cheap utensils. I've never stayed at a vacation rental where you had to supply your own toilet paper/paper towels/soap etc.

The home was fantastic, and I couldn't beat the price. It was conveniently located just far enough from Disney to not be a hassle and close to local grocery stores and such. The only thing I found I did not like was that the electronics in the living room were not hooked up for use. Other than this I think everything was good.

My family and i stayed in this house for one week. It was everything i could have hoped for and more. We were close to all attractions and stores. The house was in great shape when we got there and the pool was wonderful. We had a great time and didnt want to leave. My daughter asked when we were going back to our house in Florida cuz she missed it. :)

This was the first time we stayed in a vacation rental home instead of a hotel & it was the best choice! We spent 4 nights & 5 days for my son's 4th birtday & took him to Disney for the firt time.
The house was really close to all the parks & restaurants. Quiet gated community.
I would definitely recommend this house - it had all the necessities needed which was a plus & the game room was a real hit with all the kids.
My advice is to bring everyday necessities (i.e. laudry detergent, cleaners, toilet paper, etc) so you do not have to buy extra of what you already have at home. Just buy some food for a few days & you are set!

We stayed one week at this house. The air conditioning was not functioning properly. The house was otherwise functional, and was clean.
Furniture was outdated and worn.
Home decor was OK, except for paint color in living room walls.
We enjoyed our stay overall. -

We just spent a wonderful week at the Chatham Beach House and had a wonderful time. This is
the first time that we stayed in a vacation rental home instead of a hotel -- and it was perfect, very clean, super nice home....really enjoyed !

Every time i go to Disney World i stay in one of these homes. you have the comfort of your own home with your own personal pool also but can drive down to disney within minutes. very clean and upscale home and neighborhood. cheaper than staying at any hotel i have checked out b/c you can split the cost with other guest that go with you. i highly recommend these homes over any other place i have stayed in florida and elsewhere...
