The house was great!! All the beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We were able to bring our dogs with us which was what we needed since one had cancer and we couldn't have left her home!! We were able to spend time with her and enjoy a great Florida vacation. Only dislike was the shape of the pool. Would like a square pool for kids, the curvy design was pretty, but not great for family games of volleyball. loved the community and location was perfect to get to grocery store and on expressway!

House was very convenient to the Disney properties. Nicely furnished, pool was very clean and welcomed. Nice safe, quiet location.

Our Family stayed Christmas week through New Years. Great Location wasn't hard to find, close to everything. The Home was nice but really needed to be cleaned, dusty fake plants and not thrilled with the comforter in master bedroom, very dirty. It should really go to the Dry Cleaners. The pool was Very Dirty! Not happy about that at all, the bottom was just terrible and did not get as warm as it should. I would stay again only if there was a guarntee that the pool and all bed linens are going to be spotless!
Just glad we got to have time with Family.

Great location, nice neighbourhood. House was clean but could use alittle attention to details,(such as ledges, carpet)
but over all was nice. Having a kitchen was wonderful, we saved alot of money on food It was also really nice to come " home "after along day at the parks and relax without tripping over each other. The sales staff was very helpful fom the moment I booked my house, right up until the day we came home. Special thanks to Julia who was very helpful! Overall I would absolutly recommend Florida Dream Homes to my friends and family.
Looking forward to my next stay. -

The house was only adequate when compared to the first house we stayed in owned by the same company. The floor in the kitchen had water damage, one of the bathrooms had a bathtub with a fake showerhead and the fridge would not open all the way because of its placement against a wall. A real issue we had was the fact that we could not park our mini-van in the garage because the washer, dryer, water heater and extras were also in there. The fit was just too tight to even open the garage door to get into our car.

very quiet nice neighborhood. clean house. needs some minor maintenance.it was cumbersome to pickup and drop off the key at another location far from the house. consider some kind of arrangement to leave the keys at the residence for guests. overall it was great.

Hi Sokhandon: Thanks for the nice review. Just to let you know--as a lodging establishment, we are required by law to maintain a registry, which is why guests are required to come to a check in center and register. It also provides security for our homeowners who would prefer that we personally meet guests before giving them the keys to their home. We do realize that there are management companies who choose to ignore this law, but we are conscientious in following all federal, state and local regulations. I know it can be a bit of an inconvenience, but I'm happy you were able to get past it and state that "overall it was great." We have located our check in center as close as possible to the majority of our homes. Please remember that all our previous gets get a $50 discount when they return to stay with us again! From start to finish, we had a great time. This was the first time we had rented a pool home. We had previously rented a townhouse in the Windsor Palms area but wanted to try something alittle bigger. We weren't disappointed. The check-in at the office was quick and we even purchased our Disney tickets there at a discount. It saved us waiting in line the next day at the park. The pool home was clean and had all the conveniences of home. It was nice leaving the crowds at the park and coming home and being able to have some of our meals there. It saved both time and money. We loved the full sized kitchen and having laundry facilities. So while we were enjoying the pool, we could do a load of laundry. This is the first time we came home with clean clothes in our suitcases. Our party included 6 adults so with 3 bathrooms, it didn't take long to get ready for a day at the park.
The house was located back off the main street in a quiet neighborhood but we were also close to Disney, restaurants and shopping. We sure enjoyed our time at the pool home and will definitely stay there our next trip to Florida. Thanks Florida Dream Homes. -

This is our 3rd house rental.The house we had this time was nice and clean as all have been. The location was a little tricky to find but once found no problem getting there.
The only problem was the cable TV wasn`t working in the living room. After the manager came to the house and couldn`t figure out what the problem was he called the cable service. They deermined that LIGHTENING (OMG) had struck the cable box and knocked the cable out. Can`t blame the rental agency for that!!
anyway the cable was fixed and our overall experience was more than satifying as usual and will stay at a rental from F.D.H. again!

This is the 3rd house I've rented from Dream Homes and I have to say that it sky rocketed to the top of the list. Its a beautiful house that I would consider renting again. The location (once I found my own way) was perfect to and from the parks. The property was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. I can't say enough good things about it. There were a few downs as there inevitably must be, the ice maker in the fridge didn't work, the microwave tends to just shut off on its own and the pool could use a good scrub. Other than that, it was a joy!

The property was in excellent condition, clean and spacious. The rental office & home were easy to find with the instructions/directions that we received. The location was great. We found restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers, Disneyworld and Universal studios located just minutes away. I really recommend Dream Homes! We had a really good time in Florida.

We stayed at a home in the bridgewater crossing development in Davenport Florida and would highly recommend it to anyone. We were very surprised at the excellent condition of the home inside an outside as well.We had problems with the microwave and we called to report it and they were there the same day to repair it. We cannot say anything negative about our experience because it was very enjoyable and we stayed 17 days and expect to go back again next year.

Dream Homes provides awesome homes and their service is great! We have rented on numerous trips and cannot say enough about it! We love the privacy and convenience of a single family home and the pool. Price is comparable if not often better than what the hotels are offering. We have recommended them to many families over the past few years.

This home was nice and very conviently located near Disney. the only problems we had were that one of the t.v.s were broken and the alarm kept going off. The other problem we had was that the pool was cold!! even though we paid to have the pool heated they came quickly and raised the temperature slightly but it was still too cold for everyone but my 5 year old who would probably have swam no matter how cold the pool was.

Hi Jennifer: Thanks for giving us your feedback. We have fixed the TV. We also added internet connection. The alarm you are referring to is one that goes off whenever a door to the pool deck is opened. This is a child safety feature required by the State of Florida--And one we fully support! To disable it, you only need to push the button BEFORE you open the door. You then have a few seconds to exit and shut the door without the alarm going off. Sorry we did not do a good job of explaining that to you when you were here. Lance

Our vacation in 2006 was very enjoyable; accommodations and area where
home is located was perfect. There were two couples in our party; for a
nightly charge of $94.00 in which we agreed was well worth it. The only
disappointment our party had; nothing to do with the 2006 rental; was
our trip to the same area this pass April 2008. Your Company cost per
rental was significantly higher than one of you competitors' which
resulted in our 2008 party of nine renting from them. Our plans are to
visit Florida every two years with our next trip planned for April 2010;
4- 6 persons; and would be pleased to receive offers from your Company

WOW!! This home was wonderful. Very clean, great pool and close enough to all of Disney. It was great to come home each night and relax like it was home. The price was right even when two in our party could not join us. Would definitely consider renting again should we ever return to the area.

We travel a lot for business and sometimes try and get some
pleasure time in as well wherein we have our family join us, and of
course compare different places that we have stayed in. This is a
great home for a family with small children, or a family bringing
along the grandparents. The layout of this home provides privacy
for all in the sense that there is a lovely large bedroom with its own
full bath on the same side of the house as the kitchen and on the
other side of the house, another two bedrooms one with an en-
suite bath and the other with the bathroom in the hall so although
it is a smaller home the layout is excellent, and allows everyone
their space. The other feature we found great was the bathroom
from the second bedroom with en-suite also exits out to the pool
area. This is great so while you are using the pool you have
bathroom facilities and a shower available without having to track
through the house. Although this is not the most "cozy" home we
have stayed in, it is well equipped and the floor plan great. Having
said all that, we have also experienced that vacation home rentals
are about as good as the agency you are dealing with and on that
note we would highly recommend Dream Homes Florida and with
the help of Lance and Karin Boyer we have had a very good vacation
home rental both times that we have stayed in Florida.
