The house was absolutely wonderful. It was one of the best vacations we shared as a family in a longtime. The house was clean and lived up to the pictures on the internet. We could not have asked for a better location. The kids favorite part was the pool. It is a great value. We would definitely rent here again.

When we arrived at the check-in to pick up our keys the people there where extremely welcoming.
We loved the home, the owners had even put up a christmas tree for us. The house was in Clermont, which was a nice area but a bit far from Disney and Downtown Disney (since we are used to staying in the Lake Buena Vista area). However the house was so amazing that we would stay there again. -

What a beautiful Floridian house! The decor is tasteful. Ample space for two families. Great location! Access to major highways leading to Disney, Universal, shopping, and dining. Secure neighborhood. Thanks for allowing dogs! My dogs had the best time of their life after riding in the car for 22 hours. They were happy to be staying with me instead of in a cold kennel with other stranger dogs. One of them learned to swim in the pool.
I have the following suggestions; please provide ample toiler paper and paper towels. It would also be nice to provide washing detergent. On the first day, we found a small snake in the pool. We removed him ourselves, but maybe there is a hole in the screen? An automatic garage door opener would be real nice especially when it's so hot in Florida and nobody wants to get out of the car. Speaking on behalf of the landscaping, it looks like it's thirsty. Maybe because of the new sod.
This was a great deal for the price I would have paid for two hotel rooms, and boarding for the dogs. I have stayed in many places in Orlando and would do this again. -

THE HOME WAS BEAUTIFUL. WE ESPECIALLY LOVED THE SET UP AND THE LOCATION. HOWEVER, THE OUTDOOR SPA DID NOT HEAT UP THE ENTIRE STAY. WE TURNED IT ON ON THURSDAY AND BY SUNDAY IT WAS STILL ICY COLD. MAYBE IT NEEDS A REPAIR? WE WERE A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED.

As I said to you when you brought this to my attention, even if your home has a pool or spa, it will not be heated unless you have paid for the pool heat, which you did not. Although we do mention this in our reservation information, sometimes there is just too much information to notice it all. I'm sorry you were disappointed. Lance
