Prompt service to replace minor defects
Home was spacious, superbly equip. Decor excellent and rooms tastefully decorated. Close to disney parks. Pool a wonderful asset and hot tub in clubhouse a real evening treat.
Daughter loved the disney room.
Games room a real treat.
Only down side was too busy to really take benefit of the onsite facilities. Would stay three weeks if visiting again.
Wud prefer not to have to travel to vacation home on arrival to collect data for entering the home. -

Making our youngest son's graduation celebration special is what you did best. We loved everything about our stay. Our son (who has autism) was greeted with a very nice gift bag. He was surprised and so was the entire family. The facilities had something for everyone. We will be calling you again. Thank you Denise Ruiz

Overall Great. It was an experience I will always remember. This is the way to travel. Rent an executive home and live like the rich and famous. I rate this as a superb week for my vacation. The neighborhood was beautiful. I will return on next year because of a conference for school.

We would highly recommend this home, the managing agents were exceptionally helpful efficient and prompt in there dealings and all our requests were met.
We arrive after dark to find that the house had several welcoming lights including the christmas tree, we were a family of 11 and our grandchildren were delighted to see this, they thought someone else was living there and surprised that our key open the door not only to a welcoming home but an extremely comfortable one with all the finishing touches that you would find in an upmarket hotel.
The location was ideal for Disney World and the amenities the resort offered outnumbered the days we had to enjoy them all.
This was a wonderful experience in total for my family and we thank you.

The house was everything we expected. Nice to have washer/dryer and options to cook. There were 12 of us staying and we had plenty of room. The location for our event was excellent and in general the location to food and other activities were perfect. Nice and quiet area.
The internet was nonexistant. In a 6 bedroom house with 12 people staying the internet connection was needed for work and play. We had none. Not sure whats up with that but not a good thing. I thought when arrangements were made it said we had it. We never could figure it out. Oh well, you could get a connection if you wanted to go to the clubhouse but thats not always convenient. If they had it maybe their instructions could be rewritten.
No ceiling fans! We hit FL during a heat wave and we were miserable to say the least. I'm not talking just uncomfortable; we had sleepless nights from it. Five bedrooms upstairs and horribly hot. We got the air down as low as we could within the range they let you set. Not good enough. One desktop fan in the downstairs bedroom which was helpful for that one room. I'm sure fans aren't needed year around but a few extras in closets would be nice, even just for a noise reducer.
Overall for this large group of people I found renting a home is definitely the way to go. -

The house was amazing, and everything you needed to feel at home was there. My family and I really enjoyed this house, and we will be back to stay again. I will recommend this to all of my friends and family.

This is not the first property I have rented with USA Vacation Homes but it was beautiful. I will give it 2-thumps up. My family and I have lived in Formosa, Windsor Palms, and Emerald Island and they all are outstanding and gated. My only concern with this property was their was no air in the gameroom and during the summer months it gets extremely hot. If you are looking for a wonderful place to bring your family with the luxury of a private pool then this will be the ideal place for you.

We really enjoyed our time here at the home, the kids especially loved being able to go right out back to the pool and then coming inside to play in the game room....We are looking forward to returning again next year.We also enjoyed the clubhouse pool even though we did not go there until our last night but it was lovely also. Every one seem to have had a great time and really look forward to our next trip to Florida.

We spent Mother's Day weekend at the Windsorhill House and had a Awesome time. This is
the first Women's Retreat we had and the stay felt almost like being at home this is better then staying in a hotel it was perfect.The
house was clean, quite and beautiful.
Everything was in order when we arrived, and we were pleased.! We'd definitely recommend this house. We actually found some time to relax and pray on our retreat! We'll be
back next year.
