Our 4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Executive Luxury Villa with private swimming pool and High Speed Internet Access is only a 10 minute drive from Disney, and 2 minutes from the attraction packed Highway 192, where you will find a large variety of shops, Restaurants and Entertainment. It is fully Air conditioned and superbly furnished for the occ...upancy of up to 8 people. We provide a travel cot and futon/zbed as we are licenced for up to 10.

The large kitchen with breakfast area is fully equipped to a high standard and includes cooker, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, crockery, toaster and coffee maker. There is also a large washer and dryer,iron and ironing board in the separate utility room.

The lounge is equipped with comfortable 3 piece suite in quality leather, Digital cable TV, iPod docking station, Playstation 2 and DVD player to enable you to relax and unwind. A selection of DVD’s and games are provided for your use.

The dining room with large dining table and comfortable chairs provides a more formal setting for family meals and is an addition to the small kitchen dining area.

Bedroom 1 is the Master bedroom with King-Sized bed, Digital Cable Television, large walk in wardrobe and Large En-suite with twin vanity unit, twin corner whirlpool tub, toilet and large walk in shower cubicle.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen-Sized bed, cable television, walk in closets and drawer unit.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed, cable TV walk in closets and drawer unit.

Bedroom 4 has a beach theme with twin beds with Cable TV, walk in closets and drawer units.

Bathroom 2 has toilet, bath with shower over and a vanity unit.

All beds have high quality cotton sheets and quality pillows for your comfort.

The Pool Area is surrounded by attractive hedging to provide you with privacy to enjoy the Heated Swimming Pool, and large sunbathing space. The pool is 3ft to 5ft deep.

The villa is located on the up market development of Indian Point 0.5 mile from Highway 192 where you will find many varieties of restaurants shops and attractions. Most major attractions are within a 25-minute drive.

Alarm system is provided for pool safety and smoke detectors are installed for your peace of mind.

A few of the items included in our villa at no extra cost are: travel cot, towels including beach towels, hair dryers and alarm clocks.

  I found the home very spacious and accomodating for four golfers that enjoyed the relaxed and quiet atomsphere of Indian Point. The pool was very nice after playing golf. The home was clean and had some very nice amenities. The location was very convient with numerous restaurants and local attractions very close. This home would be an excellent retreat for families. I definitely would rent this home again.

  Spent 2 weeks in this comfortable spacious well presented villa in November,everything we needed was provided,and at a very high standard With all those little extras provided by the owners,to make your stay extra special. Quiet peaceful location,but close to everything Orlando has to offer,and wonderful weather too,couldn't have asked for more.Will certainly be re booking this villa next year,and would reccommend this villa to anyone looking for that little bit extra.

  Thank you . Tropical Haven is set in the perfect location . Within minutes drive to Walmart, Old Town and Disney. Very spacious and comfortable. Set in a quiet location this made it the perfect place to stay especially after a long day trekking round the parks. I will defiantly return. Only one little thing - I would liked to have had a safe as I do like my valuables locked away, but this would not stop me returning.

  It was a really nice villa close to Orlando team parks. It had hign speed internet and a great pool.
  The only thing missing was a BBQ grill.

  I am sorry to hear that there is no BBQ at the property. We certainly provided one and it was there the last time I was at the property. I will put that right immediately as I am out there myself in November. We cannot guarantee that guests will leave it as they found it and our managing agents may have felt it was beyond redemption and thrown it out. I will however replace it next month when I am there and ensure there will be one available for our next guests. Thank you for your feedback it has been extremely useful and enables me to put the matter right.

  We enjoyed the house very much and the swimming pool. The carpet was soiled and should have been cleaned prior to us getting in. We were not very happy with the neighborhood. A lot of vacant homes and yards not very well kept.

  We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with feedback. We apologise that the lounge carpet was not cleaned prior to your visit but I believe the management company dealt with this promptly.
  
  Indian Point is a very nice community and all the properties are kept to a high standard as dictated by the Home Owners Association. Any homes where the yards fall below the expected standards are dealt with promptly. It is safe and secure due to security patrols on a regular basis. There are a number of holiday villas however and as your stay was in January/February which is low season it may have been quieter than during the summer season.

  Stayed over the christmas and new year period. had a fantastic stay, the villa is absolutely gorgeous, plenty of space and the pool is amazing. Villa is in a lovely location and very quiet area. Not far to travel to the parks and close to shops etc. Had a really good holiday here and would definetly stay here again.

  Florida 2010 was amazing

  We found our stay at the villa absolutely amazing. A very clean and tidy property throughout, the bedrooms and ensuites are large enough to cope with a family let alone a couple. The pool and patio is a fantastic place to unwind after walking miles and miles through the theme parks. The last remnants of the sun being captured as you relax and muse over the days activities with the family and plan the next 24hrs. We found the neighbourhood to be very quiet which was to our liking, no screaming teenagers acting the fools through the midnight hour's just nice and calm. The locality of the villa was ideal also, only 25 to 30mins from any of the big attractions such as Magic Kingdom, Sea World etc with the infrastructure more the able to cope with busy commuting periods. Overall we had a vacation that was one of the best we have ever had and will have full and fond memories of Florida 2010.

  We were staying in this house for a week in april 2010. The house was so clean and had everything that we need. Our kinds enjoyed the heated pool a lot and so did adults! The community was very quiet and the location was perfect.

  "This was our fourth vacation in Florida and we have stayed at various Villas previously. This property was the largest (4 Bed) so far and I must say that it was as good as others and better than some that we have stayed at previously. It was well situated for the 192 Highway and all its shops, restaurants etc (5 minutes away) and only 30mins from Orlando International airport (MCO).
  Disney & other Theme Parks were only a short drive away -20 to 30mins. Overall a very satisfactory stay at Tropical Haven."

  Comfortable, spacious, well equipped villa in good location

  This comfortable villa was an excellent home-from-home base for our holiday in the Orlando area. The villa is spacious and well equipped. It's location is good too, only a few minutes from the us 192 highway that serves as the main artery through Kissimmee. This means easy access to all the main parks and attractions areas. There is also a large Walmart just a few minutes drive away. We had a hire car, which would be a must for this villa. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our party of 7 and all had tv and good wardrobe/storage. Nice, private, screened pool area topped it off. All in all a really nice villa.

  My family stayed at this villa for 22 nights and enjoyed every one even when the Florida thunder storms were at their best( daughter hid in bedroom closet). The villa is in easy reach of the main attractions and just a short distance from the 192 from where you can go anywhere. Nearbye Wallmart supplies all you could need and from a personal piont the booze is very cheap. I would be happy to recomend this property as a good base for a Florida holiday. The wife and I are going to try and book it for early in the new year( please dont tell the kids). Happy to be contacted for information

  We arrived late at night, but got the key in the box we had been told about. We loved to stay in this house and the location also. Special the heated pool was excellent, we all loved that!!!!It was a little cool at this time, but not the pool!!!!So if we come back to Florida, we will ask for the same house (we have a dream...)

  What can I say this villa exceeded all our expectations. Our party was made up of 7 adults and were all accommodated very comfortably in the 4 very spacious bedrooms. All beds were very comfortable and rooms were decorated to a high standard with plenty of drawer and wardrobe space (including plenty of clothes hangers). All rooms have flat screen TV’s. The large fully air conditioned lounge area was ideal for an evening of relaxation after our very long days at the parks. The kitchen was fully equipped; having everything you would need to cater for a large group such as ours for breakfasts, lunches or a full evening meal. With full cooker, microwave and large fridge with ice maker and plenty of crockery and cutlery the owners certainly have thought of everything, making it a real home from home. Plenty of little extras too such as iPod docks, PS2, DVD player, internet access and to my great surprise FREE international dialling making it easy to stay in touch with family back home in the UK.
  Our chill days were spent playing in the pool and sunbathing in the privately fenced off rear garden. Comfortable loungers, tables and chairs not to mention lilo’s and pool games were all provided.
  Great location for Disney and all the parks, local restaurants and shopping outlets this villa is a must for anyone looking for excellence at very reasonable rates.

  The holiday was fabulous and the location of the villa was great. We were close to all the disney parks and shopping areas. The villa was very comfortable and much larger than expected. We all had a good game of volley ball in the pool as its a good size and shape. The beds were comfortable and the villa well equipped.

  I was surprised at the size of the villa. The photos do not do it justice. All rooms much bigger than they look in the photos. Had great fun in the pool. It has everything you need, especially in the kitchen. The owners have thought of everything. Great location for the parks, local restaurants and shopping although a hire car is definitely needed as you cant really walk to anywhere, but taxis are available. We ate in a lot but we can recommend Landry's fish restaurant and Golden Corral which are very near to the villa. All great food and very cheap. There are also very good fishing and golf locations nearby and we can recommend Sea Wrangler for a sea fishing trip. We are now planning our next trip and would definitely go back to this villa again.

  The house is huge, well furnished to a high standard with the little additions
  making all the difference like ipod docks, PS2, DVD and flat screen TV's in
  all the bedrooms. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need
  including microwave, cooker and the huge america fridge. Leather sofa's,
  huge beds and lovely bathrooms make it feel like the ultimate luxury holiday
  getaway. The pool area is also fantastic and welcome in the florida heat!
  
  Location is ideal, far enough away from the attractions to feel like home but
  close enough to be in DIsney or any of the main parks in 10-15 minutes.
  Kennedy space centre less than an hour away and Daytona beach few miles
  further. Locally close to Walmart for all shopping needs and prices less than
  duty free, lots of lovely restaurants close by and a short drive out to some
  lovely rural areas too.
  
  We went as a couple looking for time away from it all without the crowds
  and regimentation of hotel life. We found the perfect luxury getaway in the
  perfect location for great weather, entertainment and locations to visit.
  However, if you are a family this location would be equally perfect
  accommodating up to ten very comfortably and close to parks.
  
  Highly recommended, you won't find better!

  Tropical Haven is far superior to any hotel that we have ever stayed at in the past. Our party included two generations of adults and two young kids. We all had privacy with 4 bedrooms. The house sits on a corner with a large garden. Our private pool was a nice way to wind down at the end of the day with a lovely patio where we could relax with a cool drink.
  
  We saved a fortune cooking some of our own meals in the beautiful kitchen and we had a choice of dining areas; Al fresco was my favourite whilst my husband enjoyed the tastefully decorated open-plan dining room.
  
  The house was amazing, very clean, and well maintained. The master bedroom was huge with a big ensuite bathroom. Much larger than what I expected.
  
  The house sits in a lovely estate that has a large community pool and tennis/basketball courts. The estate is just off US192 which is full of life. Shopping Outlets are extremely close allowing us to pick up bargains on the way home from the theme parks.
  
  Disney main gates are just a 15 minute drive and a trip to this area would not be complete without a visit. We also went to Kennedy Space Centre which is just an hours drive from the villa.
  
  I hope to come back in 2011, if we do we will certainly book again.. thanks for a great holiday.

  Our thoughts on this villa: spacious and comfortable with a lovely pool and poolside furniture. The internet connection facility was invaluable a real bonus whilst on holiday. Any problems encountered were dealt with efficiently and quickly. A super holiday was had by one and all in our party.
