  We were there for a family trip to Disney in august 2010. From our very first contact with the owners it was a fantastic experience. Wonderful to deal with and the check-in and check-out procedure the homeowners have in place was so easy and convenient. The home was beautiful, clean and so convenient to Disney. The resort is beautiful and the amenities are great. We all had a wonderful trip and plan to return to Dory's again.

  What a wonderful way to celebrate your 50th anniversary! Our entire family was able to enjoy this time with us. The location next to the clubhouse was convienent and enabled us to use the large pool and hot tub. The four bedrooms and bathrooms gave each family their privacy. We liked the pantry to put our snacks and extra food out of the way and keep the counters uncluttered. The laundry room was convienently located. The island made a neat place to eat and play games. The patio and furniture was great to relax on. The villa was just as described on internet. The gate keeper and receptionist were friendly.

  We stayed for one week in august. It was a wonderful expierence, from check in to check out. Upon entry to the community we were greeted by smiling faces with a feeling of security. We were a group of 4 adults and 5 children from ages 5- 13. The open floor plan was great and the host of seating in the kitchen area was enough for us all. The home is warm and inviting. Bedroom accomidations were comfortable and temperate. The pool was excellent after a long day at the parks. The main house with pool and other amenities is a stone throw away ...we get to go in the back gate to the pool area! The lake behind the property was serene in the early morning with a cup of coffee on the pool deck. In the evenings you can hear the sing songs of the frogs! My husband fished in the lake every morning - he was in heaven! All in all it was a fantastic vacation home. We only wished we had spent more time at the home then in the parks! Thanks again Mary ann your home is beautiful as i said, and we hope to stay again in a few years!

  First of all, this home is beautiful and comfortable. EVERYTHING we needed (even Wal-Mart) was close at hand! Our entire family (of 12) was very comfortable. There was more than enough room for all of us! We were minutes from Disney and Sea World. Our children loved the pool, our mother and grandmother even enjoyed fishing in the lake! We loved everything about the home and the community. From the clubhouse - right next door, wireless internet, ping pong table, and gas grill to the security of the gated community... again everything we needed from the comforts of our own home was right at our fingertips. We would have wanted the pool to be a bit warmer, but it was cold outside (during a cold front) and it didn't keep the kids from getting in. We loved the instruction notebook provided. We'll certainly consider this home as we plan to return to the Orlando area. Booking the home was painless and we were provided with exceptional service in finalizing the vacation home. Thank you, Thank you for providing a wonderful and beautifully decorated home. It helped to make the end of a difficulty year enjoyable for our whole family!

  FANTASTIC VACATION VILLA!!!

  We absolutely loved our stay at Dory’s Lakeside Reef! Before deciding on this
  home, we researched online for months for a vacation home in Kissimmee. We
  are very happy we decided on this home because of the location to the
  clubhouse, restaurants, Disney World, and golf courses. The house was
  convenient to everything. There was a nearby Wal-Mart, Target and plenty of
  restaurants. The home was beautiful, clean, everything you would ever need,
  and the furnishings and facilities were second to none. The home was large
  and roomy and the kitchen island was great for the family to have their
  morning coffee together. The King beds were extremely comfortable which we
  loved after hours at Disney. We had the hospitality of a resort, with the
  comforts of home. We can’t stop talking about the “great home we rented in
  Florida.” My family and I would not hesitate to stay here again; in fact we are
  starting to plan our next trip already.

  Impressive House

  We loved to stay at this house. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Close to shopping areas and to attractions. The house has a great eat-in kitchen, the isle/table built by the owner is just fantastic! It is practical, easy to clean and we did not even use the other dinning table. The pool is very nice and all the rooms very well put together. We felt we were in a Resort SPA. The whole rental experience was fantastic, from the booking to the day we left the house. We will defintely come back!

  5 STARS. The 1st thing we loved about the home was it's location, right next to the club house. We could walk for 30 seconds and be at the club pool/spa, beach volleyball, basketball or the poolside tiki bar. The 2nd thing we loved was the home itself, with 4 KING MASTER BEDROOMS all with bathrooms. And the mattresses were very comfortable too. The 3rd thing we loved was the amount of space in the house. With 8 adults we were never bumping into each other. We had plenty of space to enjoy ourselves without invading any ones privacy. The 4th thing we loved was the HUGE kitchen. There was so much room to cook & eat at the kitchen island, we didn't even use the dinning room (plus everyone can see the TV or listen to the radio/cd player from the kitchen. The 5th thing we loved was the view from the screened in pool/spa. All I can say is WOW!!! We will definitely book this house again!
