Ok to start with Mike, the owner could not have been more helpful. This is his home, and the care and passion for it comes across striaght away. He gave us lots of information, kept contact throughout, and immediately laid any apprehensions about parting money for 10 days to rest.
Now the villa. It felt like a home. Comfortable, beautiful and relaxing. Kids loved the pool, and the lake, many an evening fishing with a beer and the BBQ on. Simply faultless. tip. Try floting bread, you will catch all day !
Our experience was fab, and I have been to florida about 8 or 9 times now, and I am saving this property for the future. Next time I go...I pray this villa is available. Thanks Mike for the use of your home. -

From the moment we walked in we knew that this was going to be a great place to stay. Every single detail had been thought of; the kitchen was spacious and very well equipped, the living areas were comfortable and well furnished and the bedrooms were relaxing spaces. The main bedroom and en-suite bathroom was particularly impressive with opulent soft furnishings which gave it a real sense of luxury. Outside the pool area was well equipped with very comfortable poolside furniture and the lanai provided a perfect place to enjoy the lovely view of the lake.
The house is on a lovely small development and is perfectly located for all the major parks, shopping outlets and excellent restaurants. Supermarkets are close by which makes life very convenient.
We did not experience any problems with the property when we were there but it was clear from the 'house guide' that help was very close at hand in the form of the management company, should we need it.
I would recommend this property wholeheartedly as a perfect base for exploring Disney and all the other attractions that Florida has to offer.
It really is a lovely home away from home and we will certainly be making a return visit. -

Mike & Brenda made you feel very welcome before you even got there, helping with information for car hire etc.
Villa had everything that you could possibly need for your stay and more and decorated like a home which made you feel extremely comfortable.
Excellent location, near supermarket and close to get to all main roads and attractions.

The owners of this home have taken great strides in making your vacation place warm and comfortable. Awesome is underrating the quality of furnishings, etc that are available to the guest.
We have travelled far and wide and this is by far the most pleasant vacation we've had in a long time.
Friends who have rented homes in the area are envious of the kitchen and the quantity of high end equipment it holds. No one else can host as many as 12 friends for dinner...but we could. We were welcomed with a decorated Christmas tree which made being away from home for the holidays pleasant and welcoming.
We can't emphasis enough how pleased we are that we rented this lovely home and hope for a long term relationship with the owners. Very lovely people and very accommodating. Having the use of a computer and long distance telephone calls is an added bonus.
The location is very close to Disney and Sea World as well as other venues. There is a wide selection of literature available to guests for their perusal. We added a couple of suggestions for restaurants that future guests may want to try that are only a short drive from the rental. -

From the day we enquired about this villa until the day we returned, Mikes' communication was second to none. He could not have been more helpful. The villa felt very relaxing and was a pleasure to return to after a day at the parks. Ample space for everyone to chill out, in the pool overlooking the lake or in the house. 10 minutes from the parks and 1 minute from the supermarket made the planning of our days so straight forward. All together a relaxing family experience. This how a holiday should be!

This was our fourth visit to this wonderful villa. It provides a home from home with excellent comfort and facilities. The high standard of cleanliness is always guaranteed. The view from the pool out over the lake is a wonderful relaxing site after a days excitement. The very reliable management company are on hand to assist with even the most minor problems. The villa location is ideal, short journey to all the parks and Walmart is on your doorstep so picking up shopping is easy. We look forward to many more wonderful holidays.

From the very beginning of the booking process until our return home, Mike was brilliant. He answered any questions we had, was very helpful & gave us an abundance of information...excellent service!!
Even though we'd seen pictures on line, our first reaction when arriving at the Villa was "wow!" It really is fantastic. Beautifully furnished, everything you could possibly need & an excellent location.
If only all villa owners were as thoughtful & considerate towards their guests & their needs as Mike & Brenda are.
It's easy to find (just behind Medieval Times), minutes away from Disney, lots of popular restaurant chains very close by & a super Walmart literally down the road...what more could you want?
I loved everything about this villa & have promised Mike & Brenda we will most definitely be staying here when we return to Orlando.
We have been visiting Orlando for the past 15 years & I can honestly say, we've never stayed in a villa as nice as this with such accommodating owners.

Our party of 2 adults and 2 children stayed at this home July and august 2012. It really lived up to our expectations after viewing it online.
It was well maintained and everything from the towels and bedding to the kitchen appliances was of a very high standard. It was in fact the best home overall we have rented in 17 trips we have made to Orlando. The home has everything that you could ever want during your vacation. The owners Mike and Brenda have obviously spent a great deal of time and money in making sure everything is taken care of. The pool which is maintained by a friendly chap called Colin was fantastic, being very well maintained and the view of the pond was out of this world. We watched every morning as we sat having coffee on the deck a vast array of wildlife such as otters, cranes, eagles and a family of ducks that we all took great pleasure in feeding.
The only thing we missed was a BBQ. However I appreciate that these are problematic for owners to manage and maintain, but you can rent these locally if so required.
The home is also very well located for all the theme parks, restaurants and shopping malls. The large Wallmart on the 192 is within easy walking distance, however we always took a car as I couldn't carry what we bought even that short distance.
I would highly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a vacation home in Orlando and we are all looking forward to a return visit in the future.

This property has everything you need and more for a great family vacation in Florida. The villa is beautifully finished to the highest standard and has everything you will need from the pool and the great view over the lake to the big screen TV and a PC with Skype. Season is also a gret location with Disney 10 - 15 mins away and Unversial only 20 mins down the I4 not to mention Walmart just down the street. I must say Mike and Brenda are great owners who maintain a great villa and ensure that everything is well maintained helped by a great management company. Thanks and well done

Wow! this place was great,The Villa has every thing you would want and more it is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful Villa It is near the theme parks .But as we looked at the theme parks last visit ,we chilled out by the pool and travelled around Florida using the Villa as a base We travelled to Winter Gardens Great boat trip .Gaterland has some of the best wild life in florida I took some great photos I have uploaded a couple .Our stay was 2 Weeks not long enough we will be back .Jim and Yvonne

A mi llegada recibà una casa muy limpia, acogedora y muy completa en su equipamiento. La piscina estaba perfecta, y con vista al lago, muy relajante y bellos atardeceres. En la casa te encuentras con servicios no esperados, como el uso de bicicletas. A 3 minutos hay un super walmart de 24 horas, en donde puedes encontrar de todo. A través de Poinciana Blvd, Osceala Pkwy Y la I4, llegas muy rápido a todos los parques.

When I arrived at the home I found it to be very clean, cozy and very complete in its equipment. The pool was perfect, overlooking the lake, very relaxing and beautiful sunsets. In the home you encounter unexpected services such as the use of bicycles. 3 minutes away is a super walmart for 24 hours, where you can find everything. Through Poinciana Blvd, I4 Osceala Pkwy And, you get very fast to all parks. This was the second time that i have rented, and the house was even better. -

We found this rental online and we weren't disappointed , we have rented 3 times before from other company's.. and were disappointed . Not so here , very clean and close to everything we wanted to see. The pool was just the right size . we will defiantly rent again.

We have had a wonderful month in Mike & Brenda's wonderful home and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The home is beautiful and has been the best part of the month. The kids loved the pool and having their 'own' TVs in their bedrooms. The house was immaculate when we arrived and was outfitted with everything we needed for the month. The local property management people (Suzanne and Peter) were warm, friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or requests (e.g. the pool light started to flicker during our stay and was replaced within hours of us reporting it). The 24Hr super-Walmart 5 minutes down the street was terrific, but the neighbourhood itself feels quiet and secluded. We will not soon forget the views of the sun setting over the lake beyond the pool... Just perfect -- thank you!!

From the minute Mike got in touch to say the villa was available the service was brilliant! Nothing left to chance, a very easy transaction to book and everything ran very smoothly throughout before and during our stay. I so wish this was my home...beautiful decor, amazing quality and oh so comfortable! Every facility you could ask for from Ipod docker to Sat Nav (fantastic!)to a super heated pool! Great location, easy for shopping, and access to major roads and attractions. Best thing was the feeling of being at home because it was just my taste in furnishings - I loved every minute of our stay and would definitely go back!

This villa had everything we needed for a 2 week stay in Florida. It is a high quality villa with plenty of space, a great pool and loads of entertainment to keep the whole family happy.
It is only a short drive from the Disney parks and there are plenty of restaurants close by.

This villa is absolutely fantastic. It is beautifully decorated and furnished with no expense spared. Even though we didn't cook at home very often, the kitchen was brilliantly well equipped. The kids loved the pool and the air hockey and pool table, which kept them entertained after we got back from the theme parks on an evening! The sat nav was really useful to have, as was the use of a PC and printer! I would recommend this villa to anybody and we definately plan to make a return visit. Congratulations Mike and Brenda on having such a beautiful 'home' and being lovely people to deal with.

We have just got back from sunshine villa with very sad faces. It was stunning, we have stayed in numerous houses in th orlando area and this is the best so far. Its great because of its spacious accomodation its brilliant facilities and the very friendly and helpful owners and management team. You really can drop your cases and go. You dont need to take beach towels, hairdryers, straightners, Its all there. The kitchen is better kitted out than mine at home! We ate in a few times as everyone was tired after early starts at the parks. There is everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach, umbrellas deckchairs cool boxes even fishing rods. The pool looks out onto a lake full of fish and turtles. It has the sun all day. Walmart is 2 mins drive away. You could walk it,but it was so hot we didnt even attempt it! If you want to do Harry Potter you really do need to get there before universal opens at 8. By 9 the queue is an hour long! its worth it the broomstick ride is amazing and youve got to try butter beer. Mike rang me at home before we left and whilst we were there. He recommended restaurants (yes outback is fab)
The management team helped us sort out the only problem we had there which was not really in their remit.But they went out of their way to help us. The house has excellent security with a pool alarm for little ones. It really is safe comfortable and all you could need in sunny florida.Just watching pictures of the shuttle landing and really wish we were still there. Thanks very much Mike and Brenda. -

The Villa was just amazing, we were overwhelmed on arrival at the beautiful style, space and the comfort of it. I felt home immediately. There wasn't a thing that we felt was missing or required ...even down to the supply of Disney waterproofs for our rainy day stored in the garage. The master bedroom and en suite, i actually wanted to pack and bring home with me ! (I am not joking). We are looking forward very much to returning in the next year or two!

We had a wonderful holiday at Seasons Sunshine Villa. On arrival the villa was very clean, welcoming and spacious.
Being conveniently located for Disney made it an ideal base for us and we immediately felt relaxed each night when returning from tiring days at the parks! The pool safety is excellent for anyone staying with young children and the villa was furnished and decorated beautifully with every amenity imaginable. I would highly recommend staying here and would certainly rent it again.

We have visited Orlando 6 times and this is far and away the best villa we have stayed in.
Mike and Brenda have provided everything you could wish for and the service provided by their management company is second to none.
It is very well located with all major theme parks easily accessible and with many restaurants on your doorstep on the 192. Other restaurants and shops at the Loop can be reached in 10 minutes.
The view of the lake from the pool is stunning and the pool enjoyed sun from early morning until early evening during our stay. It was sometimes difficult to drag ourselves away to visit the theme parks.
We would recommend this villa without hesitation and will definately be returning ourselves.

3rd time visit, and just as enjoyable as every other time. Great villa, tastefully decorated with that extra attention to detail that makes the subtle difference from other villas. Great quiet location, with views over the lake from the back. Very close to local Walmart so shopping is not a chore as you can pop in for items on your way out or on the way home. Villa has everything you need and a great management team to sort out any problems. We had a fantastic, relaxing holiday (again). Highly recommend this villa (if you can manage to find it free as it is unsurprisingly very popular).

The villa was excellent. Having previously visited Florida and stayed in a hotel I can reccommend that the only way to do it is to stay in a villa.
We didnt really need service support while we were there. The information we received beforehand and the information supplied in the Villa is comprehensive, informative and easy to understand.
The accommodation is luxurious and spacious. There were 8 of us staying and we had more than enough room to relax and unwind before and after the days activities. The kids loved the pool (as we all did)and the villa is perfect for having a day off from sightseeing/themeparks. Local park and bikes to ride around the lake are additional benefits.
Sat Nav use was a godsend and saved $140 (amount charged by car rental). All Orlando theme parks are within 1/2 hour drive and easy to get to. Oldtown on the 192 (15 mins drive) is well worth a visit on Fri/Sat night to see the parade of classic cars.
The big difference for us on this holiday was Villa versus Hotel. The accommodation standard in the Vlla is far superior to your standard hotel and works out to be much better value for families. Having the space to relax in comfort and privacy is invaluable.
We will be back.

what a fantastic villa. Everything you could ever need.
Mike phoned the week before we went to ask if we where ready to go and to run through everything we needed to know. We arrived on the Sunday and on the Monday the agency that Mike uses in Florida rang to make sure we had arrived safely and told us to call anytime if we needed them. (a first for us, we have been going to Florida for the past 11 years)
Location was great and we had beautiful lake to walk round in the morning.
Our son and daughter loved keeping in contact with their friends on the computer.
We are returning in June and are so disappointed that the villa is not available.
Thank you so much for letting us hire your villa. We will be back. -

We stayed at the Turner's villa for a last minute week stay. The villa was just beautifully decorated, fully furnished with all the high end upscale ammenities you could want. The beds were so comfortable, the living room sectional sofa was great for our family of 5 to lounge out all together with plenty of room to spare. My son loved playing on the PS2. I really think the owners just thought of everything to make their guests comfortable, even down to providing a GPS for use in the car and the computer with printer was great to print up boarding passes to make the airport process quicker.
The whole family played in the pool for endless hours before and after the Disney Park visits. We really enjoyed the pond view from the villa. There was no one to be overlooking and I could run around it on the paved trail while still being near the family. The villa was close to the parks and not too far from the airport. There were so many restaurants nearby and the very useful Walmart was one minute away. It was a super way to relax after a busy day at Disney. I would reccomend the villa to anyone. -

We stayed at the villa on July 2007 it was a fantastic location very well kept and family friendly. it was very well equipped every kithchen untensil you could think off the kids really enjoyed the smoothy maker. This was our 7th visit to the sunshine state and we always go for a lake view the setting was really breathtaking to wake up to every morning I recommended it to family and friends on my return and friends have just returned to the uk after a 2 week stay at Seasons they all had a fantastic time on there 1st visit and thanked me for recommending Mike and Brendas Luxurious home. We are all returning this July2010
but we are a much bigger party and are dissapointed that we will not be returning to Sunshine Villa it was the ideal location with easy access to all the theme parks and close to not forgetting Walmart which was within walking distance. -

From our first enquiry about the villa to our very last day everything was top notch.
The villa was of an exceptional standard. It was very well equipped and extemely comfortable. The swimming pool was very welcome after a day at the parks.

In this house we had a nice holiday. It is a house which offers comfortable rooms, well equipped, and above all clean and beautifully decorated. It also has easy access to attractions and shopping. This property is highly recommend to go and share with the family.

This villa has everything you need and more - the most well equipped villa we have ever rented. On arrival the villa was very clean, the furnishings way above normal standards. Excellent location near restaraunts and the Walmart, Disney very near. I highly recommend this villa.

We have had the great privilege of staying at this beautiful, contemporary, well designed and equipped Villa on two occasions. The Villa is ideally located for Disney,the Malls and local amenities as well as being positioned by a beautiful lake. The quality of the furnishing is superb with a lot of thought and consideration given to make the clients stay as luxurious and convienient as possible.
The owner's great service allowed us to enjoy a stressfree enjoyable holiday and added to our entire wonderful "Orlando" experience.
This Villa is a must before considering other "accomodation". Will certainly be returning to this Villa without a doubt!!!! Fabulous. -

Stayed for 2 wks (5th stay in Florida)and this is the place to stay. Lovely location overlooking lake,close enough to Disney ,Universal.superb villa with everything you could want and excellent info and attention by both the owners and their management company.
Just need to save up to visit again before everyone else books it!!!

As a family we have been to Florida on a number of occasions, Staying at various Disney Hotels and Hotels on International drive though I found them excellant it did not prepare me for the experiance of using a villa Mike and Brenda from start to finish were a great help, before going they were on call to assist and while on holiday where a phone call away. There Villa was outstanding and the Living space gave us enough room to relax after a strenious day at the parks. A great place to use with the family and we will be using it again.

Unlike most rental properties that just provide the basics this villa is beautifully styled with everything you need and more making your stay a luxurious and relaxing one. We visited Mike & Brenda's home in July 2009.
Already preparations were excellent: Very good and
detailed info upfront, both in writing as well as
by phone. Even while we stayed at the home, Mike
inquired from time to time how things went and if
everything was OK.
Upon arrival at the vacation home, everything was
in order and available. It was great, that we could
use skype to keep in touch with the family at home,
although the line was cut from time to time.
However, that was probably due to skype and the
distance.
The rooms were excellent: clean, nicely decorated
and we immediately felt at home. With regard to the
kitchen: I have never seen a vacation home that was
so complete, all possible utensils were there.
The main purpose why we rented the home, was that
it was close to Disney. It turned out, that it
wasn't that close: we still had to drive appr. 10-
15 minutes, but it was all very easy to find. We
did not really need the navigation device. The US-
cities are set up like a grid, so you get a good
sense of direction.
Also, we had a huge Wallmart around the corner (2
minutes drive), so we could buy there everything we
needed to survive. There are also a few shopping
malls (mid-high standard) in the vicinity, which is
nice as a contrast program to Disney.
The pool was excellent. Not really huge, but enough
to cool down after a warm day. There were also
things to play with in the pool, so the children
loved it. (Actually the children loved it so much,
that they negotiated us into having a pool
ourselves, so we are building one at the
moment..)It was somewhat of a hassle, that we had
to push the button to open the slider door and that
you had a limited amount of time to get thru and
close it again (especially when you are packed with
things for breakfast ;-)), but 1st: it's the law in
Florida and 2nd: it really is a safety feature if
you have small children running around.
In short: we had a great time there and we can
warmly recommend it to other guests -

I would like to thank Brenda and Mike for takeing care of all our needs to do with the Villa.The Villa is like home,clean with all the amenities with a fantasic pool which overlooks a large lake with all kinds of wild life.
Its quite and very relaxing and your only 20 to 30 minutes from the Disney Parks. Shopping just down the road.

The Villa was perfect.
There were 4 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for us all.
The kitchen was beyond fully equipped with a breakfast table which was used daily.
The master bedroom was magnificent with a walk in wardrobe and an ensuite as big as a bedroom back home.
The kids bedroom had the internet so that was ideal.
The lounge and dining areas were spacious and very compfortable.
The decor of the whole villa was spot on.
The pool was lovely and warm and used daily - great for the kids as well as the adults. Plenty of room to sit around the pool.
Ideally situated to get to all the theme parks.
Thought I would only go to Florida once but we will be back and we will book the seasons sunshine villa again and again and again. -

I have visited Florida 4 times and this is by far the best villa we have rented. The owners Mike and Brenda could not have been more helpfull. Villa is excellent - Lake at back door/pool area - big screen in living room - satelite TV in all bedrooms apart from one which had internet access, location from Kissimee, Disney and supermarket.

We stayed here in October 2006. We were a party of 5 and this villa more than met all of our needs. Everything you could imagine was here. From pool towels to a coffee machine.
It's very close to the parks and this was exactly what we wanted. We would be home quickly and then could relax in the pool.
I have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful villa. -

I stayed at mike and brendas villa and everything about it was fantastic unlike the villa i rented 2 years earlier. I just found them so helpful and i just need to save sum money and i will be returning to florida and i won,t hesitate in giving Mike a call .Mike even helped me save money on my flights through his knowledge on the whole florida experience. His villa is so close to the disney parks and has loads of shopping malls close by as well as a massive walmart 500 yards away. ps MIKE THANKS AGAIN FOR A GREAT HOLIDAY

We had an amazing time at your florida home. It was close enough to Wamart that I could run out whenever I needed something. The kids loved having a computer to stay in touch with friends back home. They also took great adavantage of the wonderful pool. The kitchen was more equipped than my own back home and helped us eat healthier than most people do on vacation having to eat out all the time. Everything about this house is wonderful. It is in a great location, close enough to all the Florida places you want to go but still in a nice quiet area. The house itself, is clean and very up to date and we all felt very comfortable there. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to explore orlando but still wants a nice quiet retreat at the end of the day.

We booked this villa privately through the internet and could have not been more pleased. We stayed there for a week and moved to the coast for the second week. We all settled in really well and did not want to leave. Everything had been thought of and we used it for a blueprint for our own, at that time recently aquired holiday cottage in Wales. If we ever come back to Florida we would undoubtly stay again as it was the most superior villa we could find and we always tell friends if they are looking for something in that area.

Mike & Brenda's villa suited us perfectly, one of the best locations there is, its great for disney and loads of resturants on the 192, it was our second trip to florida, the first time we stayed in a hotel, the difference is huge you feel more at home in a villa, the villa has loads of room, we have 3 kids and we also took my dad with us but still plenty room for everyone. The pool was great and we had no complaints, i doubt if most villas are as well kept as this one, i'm so glad we didn't go for one of the cheaper ones.

This was the second time we stayed at this villa and I cannot recommend it enough. The villa itself is of excellent quality and the interior has been decorated and equipted to a very high standard. It is in a great location with stunning views over the lake and Walmart is on your doorstep so even shopping is not a chore! There is everything and more for your holiday. The owners are a very friendly and extremely helpful couple. In fact we like to so much that we are always recommending to friends/family and are going again ourselves this Summer. (Can't wait)
