This was a perfect place for three families to stay on our recent trip to FL. Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space for 14 people plus a nice living area where we enjoyed some video watching. Two drawbacks - we paid for heated pool - it was warm the first 3 days then really cold and the hot tub was never Hot. And the rooms did not have overhead lights or ceiling fans. But everything else was very nice. Took us about 20-25 minutes to get to parks. About 10 minutes from main drag in Kissimmee.

This is a great spacious home for a large family or group. Very comfortable clean and great view. Close to nearby stores but 40 minutes from amusement parks. Our stay there was great had an Unforgetable time.
