We stayed here during our family Disney Vacation June of 2011.
Pros:
The house was very nice and comfortable. I made the plans and all the other couple were very pleased. Sleeps 14 very nicely. There were 3 couples, 5 kids and an infant. I like that they provide extras like paper towel, tissue, towels, dish detergent & laundry detergent. The even had two roll out beds. The other houses we looked at did not. Mounted flat screen Tv's in all the bedrooms were nice for after we returned from the parks and crashed. Also, they allowed us to check in one hour early at no additional charge. If you rent this house you can trust the pictures online. You get exactly what you see...no bate and switch. All the furniture is nice, contemporary and fairly new.
Cons:
The bathtub did not look very clean. It wasn't dirty from usage, it just looked like dust had sat there a long time. I had to clean it prior to using. The pool had debris and I called management. They did respond quickly but did not send someone to clean it until the next morning. We rented the grill and when we went to use it, there gas in it. It delayed our dinner by 2 hours. When you have kids that is a big deal. Although there were a few issues, management always responded quickly. For the value, I would rent it again. -

my family and I stayed here in November and the home was marvelous. the property manager supplied unlimited laundry soap, dishwasher soap and trashbags which is unusual because I had to buy all of that for my stay last year in a different area. the tv's hung on every wall in the home and there was a fun gameroom too. we cant wait to come back, very pleased.
