Emerald Island, surrounded by a wildlife conservation area, consists of over 300 acres, including a large shady area of natural woodland right in the middle of the community. Only a few miles from Walt Disney World and a short walk or drive to shopping and dining, this resort serves as a haven from the outside world, yet it is central to everything that Central Florida can offer.
The large clubhouse and luxurious heated swimming pool are the center of activity for the community. Free use of sun loungers and a large deck area make it a perfect spot for a days sunbathing. The clubhouse has something for everyone including a spa with hot tub, sauna and steam room, a meeting room for informal gatherings, and a computer for guest access to the internet. Staff are on hand to assist with dinner reservations, attraction tickets or transportation.
The beautifully landscaped grounds also feature a children's play area. Adjacent to the clubhouse is a trail for walking, jogging, or biking that winds through the community's natural woodland setting. Emerald Island makes the perfect retreat after a day at the nearby attractions or shopping.

We stayed at the property with two families, including five children from 2-6. The floor plan allowed for privacy. We really enjoyed the pool/ patio area. The community was nice and a reasonable distance from Disney and the Orlando area.

Wonderfuly house to call home for our week vacation to Disney area. Checking in at the club house was very organized. Parking is adequate for up to four cars in the drive way. The house is well decorated and comfy. There was a slight problem with the hottub but the maintenance folks were out within an hour of our call for service and had it back working in no time! Very close to local attractions. This kids loved the pool.

Villa arabella is an excellent base for an Orlando holiday. The location is first class, close enough for easy access to DisneyWorld, but set far enough off the 192 to make you feel you're away from it all when you're relaxing in the villa - especially as it backs onto a lake and woodland. So when you're relaxing there is tranquility, except when you want to enjoy the wildlife around the lake. We even saw otters one day.
The villa itself has all the facilities you need, it was very clean and as we were a large group we made good use of the pool and the pool table.
Organising a large family holiday can be a bit of a headache, but arraning the villa via andrew was very straightforward and he was most helpful. I would definitely recommend Villa arabella to anyone. -

What a great experience with renting this house. It was the first time we had rented a house for a vacation, and they made it very easy. We had absolutely no complaints with the property, or the community. We will definitely rent this home again.
